Abstract

Invenţia se referă la un procedeu de recuperare a uraniului din soluţii ortofosforice, uraniu rezultat din procesul fabricării tripolifosfatului de sodiu (STPP). Procedeul constă în precipitarea uraniului din soluţia fosforică neutralizată, cu hidrosulfit de sodiu; soluţia se trimite apoi la un decantor în care se depune nămolul de uraniu. Acesta se separă, se filtrează, se spală şi se dizolvă în acid azotic. Din mediul azotic, la pH = 2,5 se precipită cu apă oxigenată un concentrat de uraniu de puritate nucleară. Precipitarea finală se face cu menţinerea strictă a pH-ului, adăugându-se o soluţie diluată de amoniac.The invention relates to a process for recovering uranium from orthophosphoric uranium solutions resulting from the sodium tripolyphosphate manufacturing process (STPP). The process consists in precipitating the uranium from the neutralized phosphorus solution with sodium hydrosulfite; the solution is then sent to a decanter in which the uranium sludge is deposited. It is separated, filtered, washed and dissolved in nitric acid. From the nitrate, at pH = 2.5, a nuclear purity concentrate of uranium is precipitated with hydrogen peroxide. The final precipitation is done with strictly maintaining the pH, adding a dilute ammonia solution.
