Abstract

Invenţia se referă la un procedeu şi la un utilaj pentru obţinerea unui material flexibil dintr-un material rigid. Procedeul conform invenţiei constă în aceea că se aplică un strat () de colorant peste un strat () de material lemnos, după care pe spatele stratului () de material lemnos se aplică un strat () de adeziv, apoi se aplică un strat () suport flexibil peste stratul () de adeziv, după care se presează împreună stratul () suport flexibil, stratul () de adeziv şi stratul () de material lemnos, cu ajutorul unui utilaj de tip calandru, după care se aplică stratul () de agent de întărire pe faţa stratului () de material lemnos, şi apoi se incizează/decupează forme geometrice regulate în adâncimea stratului () de material lemnos. Utilajul conform invenţiei este format dintr-un blat/masă () prevăzută cu un şurub () de reglare cu precizie micrometrică, bidimensională după axele X şi Y, o sursă de vacuum care menţine stratul () lemnos plat şi lipit de blat (), nişte aspiratoare () de gaze, nişte şine () de ghidare a sistemului laser, confecţionate din aluminiu cu profil concav, nişte lentile () de focalizare a laserului, cu nişte tuburi () laser modificate şi cu două oglinzi (), astfel încât mărimea razei laser este mai mică, iar adâncimea de incizare este de 0,1 mm.
