Abstract

The invention relates to a luminous flag meant to be used in various sports, cultural or touristic events or the like. According to the invention, the flag comprises a plastic tube (1) having attached a polyester material (2) which is provided inside with a metallic foil on which a plurality of micro LEDs (3) is connected by welding, the micro LEDs being arranged on the metallic foil as to match some through holes made in the plastic tube (1) to permit light diffusion to the outside of the flag, where the lower part (1a) of the tube has a larger diameter than the rest of the tube, thereby forming a handle, and to permit it to accommodate a supply source (6) for the plurality of micro LEDs (3), the supply source (6) being switched on/off by means of a switch (5) provided on said handle.
