Abstract
Inventia se refera la un procedeu de obtinere a placilor termopresate, din deseuri de tesaturi, dublate cu folii de polietietilena, rezultate în procesul de croire a insertiilor. Procedeul de realizare a placilor termopresate este caracterizat prin aceea ca , în scopul realizarii deseurilor textile, într-o prima faza, deseurile textile dublate cu folii cu polietilena pentru îmbracaminte sunt taiate pe o masina de taiat fire, pana ce rezulta bucatele cu cu suprafata maxima de 4 cm la puterea 2 se introduc într-o matrita avînd în amestec substante ignifuge, în faza urmatoare se face o presare propriu+zisa precedenta de reîncalzire timp de cedenta de reîncalzire timp de 15....20 min, presiunea fiind pe minut de 170 kgf/cm la puterea 2 durata min ima fiind de 4 min.
