Abstract
Prezenta inventie se refera la o instalatie de nivelat vagoane deschise pentru liniile înguste de transport uzinal, dar si pentru alte tipuri de vagoane în care se încarca materiale în vrac. Instalatia este carcterizata prin aceea ca este constituitadintr-un cadru gen portal, care se deplaseaza pe o linie de cale ferata, dispusa în exteriorul celeia pe care se afla vagoanele care urmeaza sa fie nivelate, deplasarea proiectului facîndu-se cu ajutorul unor grupuri motoare-reducatoare, pe cadrul f iind amplasat, la partea de sus, o platforma pe care este instalata o prima lopata mecanica pentru nivelarea longitudinala, pe platforma sus mentionata fiind prevazute doua fire de circulatie si anume o cremaliera si o linie decovil, deasupra caroraexista o platforma care se poate deplasa transversal cu ajutorul unor roti dintate cuplate cu un piston actionat de un motor reductor ce permite deplasarea platformei în ambele sensuri pe platforma sus mentionata fiind amplasata o a doua lopata prevazuta si aceasta cu un grup de actionare motor-reductor, pe cadrul instalatie la partea superioara aflîndu-se un pupitru de comanda, ambele lopeti fiind consolidate cu ajutorul unor bare de rigidizare, ele putîndu-se deplasa în ambele sensuri, longitudinal si transversal.The present invention relates to an open-wagon open-wagon installation for narrow-wagon lines but also to other types of wagons in which bulk materials are loaded. The installation is characterized in that it is constituted by a portal-like frame, which moves on a railway line, arranged outside the one on which the wagons are to be level, the movement of the project being made by means of motor- on the top frame there is a platform on which is installed a first mechanical shovel for longitudinal leveling, on the above mentioned platform being provided two circular wires, namely a rack and a decopil line, above which there is a platform which can be displaced transversely by means of toothed wheels coupled to a piston driven by a reducer motor which allows the platform to be displaced in both directions on the above mentioned platform being placed a second shovel provided also with a motor-reducer drive group on the frame at the top there is a command desk, both shovels being consolidated with the help of some bars stiffening, they can move in both directions, longitudinally and transversally.
