Inventia se refera la un procedeu si la un dispozitiv pentru realizarea garniturilor din cupru de forma cilindrica si subtiri prin decapare chimica fiind utilizate la industria vidului. Procedeul consta din prelucrarea mecanica a garniturilor respective pîna la grosime tehnologic realizabila dupa care garniturile respective sunt introduse într-o solutie de acid azotic cu o concentratie de 30....35% unde se mentin o durata de timp corespunzatoare pentru ca aceste garnituri sa capete grosimea dorita. Dupa prelucrare se supun unei oxidari într-o solutie de acid sulfuric si biocromat de potasiu.The invention relates to a process and to a device for making cylindrical copper gaskets and thin by chemical pickling being used in the vacuum industry. The process consists in mechanical machining of the respective gaskets up to the technologically achievable thickness, after which the respective gaskets are introduced into a nitric acid solution with a concentration of 30 ... 35% where a suitable time is maintained for these gaskets to the desired thicknesses. After processing they are subjected to oxidation in a solution of sulfuric acid and biocromat of potassium.
