Abstract
Procedeul de obtinere a acizilor linoleici tehnici cu continut regulat de izomer conjugat, consta în aceea ca uleiul de ricin se supune hidrolizei în regim continuu sau discontinuu, timp de 2...4h, la presiunea de 30 at si temperatura de 230 degree C, dupa care acizii grasi rezultati se încalzesc în vid de 20...100 mm/Hg sub gaz inert, în doua trepte de temperatura 180...250 degree C si 270...320 degree C, în prezenta a 2...10% catalizator antioxidant constituit din ulei parafinos continînd amestec de 0,5...1:1 acid citric si trietilfosfil sau citric si tricrezilfosfit, sau acid citric si tributilfosfit, apoi produsul se distileaza în vid de 2...5 mm/Hg si la temperatura de 220 degree C.
