Abstract
Inventia se refera la un procedeu de obtinere a unui cationit, prin care, în scopul largirii gamei schimbatorilor de ioni cu un cationit cu posibilitati de aplicare pe un domeniu de temperatura cuprins între 25 si 200 degree C, se trateaza clorura de fosfonitril trimera ciclica dizolvata în piridina cu metacrezol în raport în greutate între reactanti de 10,5:1, la temperatura camerei timp de 24h, rezultând un derivat intermediar cu formula generala I: (vezi formula) în care X este 3 sau 4 si care se condenseaza cu un derivat hudroxiaromatic, se sulfoneaza la temperatura de 50 degree C, timp de 24h, iar produsul sulfonat se precipita din apa cu HCl, se filtreaza, se trateaza cu formaldehida la temperatura de 85 degree C, dupa care produsul obtinut se încalzeste la 180...185 degree C, transformându-se într-un cationit de culoare bruna, insolubil.
