Abstract
Procedeul continuu de decupare a plumbului, conform inventiei, aducînd în contact topitura de plumb brut, cu continut de 0,04...0,1% Cu în curent descendent, continuu într-un vas de reactie cu macroparticule de sulf alimentate cu un jet de aer si asigurîndu-se dispersia sulfului în fluxul de plumb, prin agitare mecanica moderata, în scopul maririi randamentului de rafinare, prevede alimentarea continua a topiturii de plumb cu un debit de 1 la 5t pe ora si de sulf cu 1 la 10 kg pe ora, mentinînd durata de contact între materialele purtatoare de sulf si plumbul topit între 5 si 25 min si, de preferinta, între 4 si 10 min, plumbul brut fiind mentinut la o temperatura cu 5...20 degree C peste punctul lui de topire. Reactorul pentru aplicarea procedeului, conform inventiei, are o forma de U si cuprinde doua corpuri ce comunica la partea inferioara, din care primul prin care se realizeaza alimentarea continua a plumbului topit si a sulfului, în curent descendent este prevazut cu mijloace de alimentare a acestora si de atingere mecanica, iar al doilea corp în care plumbul rafinat si flota de zgura de sulfura de cupru formata, circula în curent ascendent spre deversare, este format deasemenea dintr-un vas cilindric uzual prevazut cu mijloace de evacuare a plumbului rafinat si a zgurii. în scopul optimizarii rafinarii, primul corp al reactorului prin care se alimenteaza plumbul brut si sulful, este alcatuit dintr-un vas de reactie cilindric vertical alungit în care raportul între lungime si diametru este cuprins între 2:1 si 10:1 si care este prevazut......
