Abstract
Inventia se refera la un cap de sudare în rost îngust, adaptabil pe instalatiile de sudare sub strat de flux, în vederea obtinerii unor îmbinari sudate cap la cap, cu grosimea maxima de 500 mm si deschiderea rostului de sudare de minim 15 mm. Prin intermediul capului de sudare sîrma electrod este condusa si ghdata vertical în axa rostului de sudare, iar capatul sîrmei-electrod este pozitionat în plan vertical si orizontal în rostul de sudare. Cu capul de sudare se pot executa îmbinari sudate cap la cap sub strat de flux la vase de presiune cu pereti grosi (60-500 mm) executate din otel de granulatie fina, pentru industria chimica si nucleara obtinîndu-se o economie de materiale de ados si energie de aproximativ 50% fata de procedeul clasic. Totodata, se poate înlocui sudarea în baie de zgura a sectiunilor groase, obtinîndu-se economii de materiale de adaos si energie prin micsorarea deschiderii rostului si renuntarea la tratamentul termic de normalizare, necesar, în cazul sudarii în baie de zgura.The invention relates to a narrow-walled welding head, adaptable to under-flow welding installations, in order to obtain welded welded joints with a maximum thickness of 500 mm and opening of a welding joint of at least 15 mm. By means of the welding head, the electrode wire is guided vertically in the axis of the welding joint, and the end of the electrode wire is positioned vertically and horizontally in the welding joint. With the welding head, welded welded joints can be made under a layer of flux to thick wall pressure vessels (60-500 mm) made of fine grain steel for the chemical and nuclear industry, and about 50% energy compared to the classic process. At the same time, it is possible to replace the welding in the slag bath of the thick sections, thus saving the admixture and energy by reducing the opening of the joint and refraining from the thermal treatment of normalization, necessary in case of welding in the slag bath.
