Abstract
Inventia de fata se refera la o solutie de protectie anticorosiva a tirantilor pretensionati ancorati în teren, caracterizata prin aceea ca, în scopul asigurarii unui strat protector rezistent si foarte aderent, este constituita din circa 40...60% un amestec format dintr-un ulei parafinos si parafina, 10...25% benzensulfonat de bariu industrial, 25...40% un solvent petrolier rafinat, cu punct de inflamabilitate de minimum 35 degree C, si 0,1...4% fata de cantitatea de unsoare utilizata, inhibitori de coroziune, de preferinta stearat sau ditiofosfat de zinc. Procedeul de obtinere a solutiei, conform inventiei, se caracterizeaza prin aceea ca, în scopul injectarii solutiei anticorosive la temperatura de +10...35 degree C si sub presiune constanta de 2...3at, pe o zona libera a unui tirant, în interiorul unei tevi de polietilena în care se afla o armatura de otel, se încalzeste la temperatura de 70...95 degree C un amestec de ulei parafinos si parafina în proportie de 40...60% cu 10...25% benzensulfonat de bariu industrial, dupa care se adauga ciment sau white-spirit pentru marirea, respectiv micsorarea vîscozitatii, se omogenizeaza din nou amestecul timp de 2 min, încalzindu-se apoi la o temperatura de 40...50 degree C.
