Abstract
Prezenta inventie se refera la un procedeu de eliminare a apei excedentare continuta într-un amestec de ghips si apa sub forma de placi sau folie continua, prin uscare termica, precedata, eventual, de operatii de filtrare si/sau uscare la aer, prin care, în scopul micsorarii duratei de uscare si al obtinerii de produse de ghips durabile, placile sau folia continua se supun unei uscari termice înainte de sfîrsitul hidratarii gipsului, uscarea termica fiind începuta în momentul cînd amestecul de ghips si apa contine 20...50% ghips rehidratat, în functie de natura ghipsului, ceea ce corespunde unui raport apa/ghips de 0,45...0,50, conferind placilor o rezistenta mecanica suficienta manipularii acestora, uscarea termica fiind întrerupta în momentul cînd produsul contine maximum 5% si, de preferinta, 1% apa excedentara în plus fata de apa necesara hidratarii, gradul de hidratare la sfîrsitul uscarii termice fiind cel putin de 30...60%, în functie de natura ghipsului.The present invention relates to a process for the removal of excess water contained in a mixture of gypsum and water in the form of continuous sheets or sheets, by thermal drying, possibly preceded by filtration and / or air-drying operations, whereby , in order to reduce the drying time and to obtain durable gypsum products, the continuous sheets or sheets are subjected to thermal drying before the end of the gypsum hydration, the thermal drying being started when the gypsum and water mixture contains 20 ... 50% rehydrated gypsum, depending on the nature of the gypsum, which corresponds to a water / gypsum ratio of 0.45 ... 0.50, giving the tiles a mechanical resistance sufficient to handle them, the thermal drying being interrupted when the product contains a maximum of 5% , preferably 1% excess water in addition to the water required for hydration, the degree of hydration at the end of the thermal drying is at least 30 ... 60%, depending on the nature of the gypsum.
