Abstract
Inventia se refera la un procedeu de sudare a MIG a dispozitivului portanod. Scopul inventiei este modificarea constructiva a tijei din aliaj de aluminiu, astfel încît sudarea dintre aceasta si placa de otel-aluminiu sa se execute pe o garnitura din otel. Conform inventiei, tija dispozitivului portanod are la baza o cavitate, în care se introduce garnitura din otel, sudura tijei cu placa bimetal fiind executata cu sprijinirea radacinii. Prin aplicarea inventiei rezulta: cresterea capacitatii portante a îmbinarii aluminiu-aluminiu, o buna formare a cusaturii pe toata grosimea de îmbinat, precum si marimea duratei de utilizare a dispozitivului portanod.The invention relates to a method of welding the MIG of the portanod device. The purpose of the invention is to constructively modify the aluminum alloy rod so that the welding between it and the steel-aluminum plate is executed on a steel gasket. According to the invention, the rod of the portanod device is based on a cavity in which the steel gasket is inserted, the rod welding with the bimetallic plate being executed with the support of the root. The application of the invention results in: increasing the bearing capacity of the aluminum-aluminum joint, a good stitch forming over the entire thickness of the joint, and the length of use of the carrier.
