Abstract
Procedeul de obtinere a unor adezivi pe baza de dispersii apoase de copolimeri vinil-maleici, conform inventiei, consta în aceea ca se supune copolimerizarii în emulsie un amestec binar de 60...80% acetat de vinil cu 20...40% maleat de diizobutil, în prezenta a 8...10% sistem de stabilizare, format din 89....90% alcool polivinilic cu grad de polimerizare 1200....1400, grad de hidroliza 89% si 10....12% nonilfenol etoxilat cu grad de etoxilare 8....10 mol oxid de etilena, reactia avînd loc la temperatura de 75...90 degree C, dispersia astfel obtinuta se amesteca cu barita, în raport de 5:1, se omogenizeaza, rezultînd adezivul cu vîscozitate de 5...15000 cP.The process for obtaining adhesives based on aqueous dispersions of vinyl maleic copolymers according to the invention consists in subjecting to the copolymerization in the emulsion a binary mixture of 60 ... 80% of vinyl acetate with 20 ... 40% of maleate of diisobutyl in the presence of 8 ... 10% stabilizing system consisting of 89 ... 90% polyvinyl alcohol with a degree of polymerization of 1200 ... 1400, a degree of hydrolysis of 89% and 10 ... 12 ethoxylated nonylphenol ethoxylate with 8 ... 10 moles of ethylene oxide, the reaction having a temperature of 75 DEG to 90 DEG C., the dispersion thus obtained being mixed with the barite in a ratio of 5: 1 is homogenized, resulting in the adhesive having a viscosity of 5 to 15,000 cP.
