Abstract
Inventia se refra la un element distantor ce se fixeaza pe teaca elementelor combustibile nucleare, în vederea pastrarii unor distante prescrise între acestea în timpul functionarii în reactorul nuclear, precum si la un procedeu de obtinere a sa. Elementul distantor, conform inventiei, este alcatuit dintr-un manson tubular sau poliedric, prevazut cu alveole sferice, prin intermediul carora de fixeaza pe teaca elementului combustibil nuclear, cu zone propriu-zise de distantare la contactul cu barele combustibile vecine, precum si cu opritorul de forma sferica sau semicilindrica, care nu ajung în contact cu teaca elementului combustibil decît în cazuri de suprasolicitari acceidentale, la contactul cu tubul de forta mansonul terminîndu-se cu o patina. Procedeul conforn inventiei, în scopul obtinerii unui manson tubular, consta în trageea la rece a tevi din zircaloy pe un dorn cu profilul tubular coresounzator, realizarea anvelopelor sferice, precum si a zonelor de distantare prin aplicarea de forta punctuale, precum si fixarea mansonului obtinut prin sudura prin puncte pe teaca elementului combustibil cu electrozii plasati în alveole. The invention relates to a spacer element which is fixed on the sheath of the nuclear fuel elements, in order to maintain the prescribed distances between them during operation in the nuclear reactor, as well as to a process for obtaining it. The spacer element, according to the invention, consists of a tubular or polyhedral sleeve, provided with spherical cells, by means of which it fixes on the sheath of the nuclear fuel element, with actual spacing areas at the contact with the neighboring fuel rods, as well as with the stopper. of spherical or semi-cylindrical shape, which do not come into contact with the sheath of the fuel element except in cases of accidental overloads, at the contact with the force tube the sleeve ending with a patina. The process according to the invention, in order to obtain a tubular sleeve, consists in cold drawing the zircaloy pipe on a mandrel with corrugated tubular profile, making spherical tires, as well as spacing areas by applying point force, as well as fixing the sleeve obtained by spot welding on the fuel element sheath with electrodes placed in the wells.
