Abstract
Prezenta inventie se refera la un procedeu de obtinere a unor catalizatori de tip Cr2O3-Al2O3, promotati si stabilizati în diferite moduri, avînd proprietati selectiv dirijate, optime pentru efectuarea reactiilor de dehidrogenare într-o singura treapta, a izopentanului sau amestecului de izopentan-izoamilene la izopren. Este cinoscut faptul ca importanta izoprenului monomer a crescut odata cu descoperirea catalizatorilor de polimerizare stereospecifica de tip Ziegler-Natta care au facut posibila în anul 1954, sinteza cis-1,4- poliizoprenului denumit cauciuc natural sintetic. Acesta poateînlocui cu succes cauciucul natural, iar în unele utilizari industriale este de neînlocuit.The present invention relates to a process for the production of catalysts of the type Cr2O3-Al2O3, promoted and stabilized in various ways, having selectively directed, optimal properties for carrying out the single-stage dehydrogenation reactions of isopentane or the mixture of isopentane-isoamylenes to isoprene. It is blessed that the importance of isoprene monomer has increased with the discovery of Ziegler-Natta stereospecific polymerization catalysts that made possible in 1954 the synthesis of cis-1,4-polyisoprene called synthetic natural rubber. It can successfully replace the natural rubber, and in some industrial uses it is irreplaceable.
