Abstract
Inventia priveste domeniul masinilor electrice în special asincrone, complet închise si ventilate la exterior si realizate în constructie sudata. Eliminarea caldurii interne produsa în functionare de masina electrica, se face prin suprafata exterioara a statorului, care o trimite aerului sulfat peste exteriorul masinii de un ventilator. Pentru a mari aceasta suprafata de racire, pe suprafata exterioara a carcasei stator sunt sudate aripioare speciale potrivit inventiei. Aceste aripioare au forma V cu un vîrf si doua laturi. Ele se alatura una de alta creîndu-se astfel posibilitatea ca un singur cordon de sudura sa lege termomecanic doua laturi adiacente a doua aripioare, inclusiv mantaua care formeaza exteriorul carcasei. Avantajul acestei inventii fata de constructiile cunoscute sunt: o mare economie de manopera de sudura, deoarece numarul cordoanelor de sudura se reduce la 25-50% fata de constructiile cunoscute si deci o reducere a pretului de cost si o soliditate marita fata de constructiile cunoscute deci realizarea unei calitati mai bune a masinii electrice respective.The invention relates to the field of especially asynchronous electric machines, completely closed and ventilated on the outside and made in a welded construction. The removal of internal heat produced by the electric car is done through the outer surface of the stator, which sends the sulphate air over the outside of the car to a fan. To increase this cooling surface, special fins are welded to the outer surface of the stator housing according to the invention. These fins are V-shaped with a tip and two sides. They join one another creating the possibility that a single welding cord can thermomechanically link two adjacent sides of the two fins, including the shell that forms the outside of the casing. The advantage of this invention to the known constructions is: a large welding welding economy, because the number of welding cords is reduced to 25-50% relative to the known constructions and thus a reduction of the cost price and a higher solidity compared to the known constructions achieving a better quality of the respective electric car.
