Abstract

Inventia se refera la un procedeu si o instalatie pentru reglarea amestecului aer-gaz, la arzatoarele cu aer preîncalzit. Reglarea amestecului aer-gaz se realizeaza prin utilizarea efectului combinat al reglajului obtinut prin mentinerea unei legaturi rigide între deplasarea unor organe de executie, montate pe conductele de gaz, respectiv aer, în amonte de preîncalzitorul de aer, cu al reglajului efectuat prin mentinerea constanta a raportului presiune gaz/presiune diferentiala aer, realizat prin intermediul unui regulator direct de raport, montat pe o conducta secundara, de ocolire a organului de executie de pe conducta de aer. Inventia poate fi aplicata la toate schemele de reglare a amestecului aer-gaz, la arzatoarele cu aer preîncalzit deservite de preîncalzitor, destinat unei singure zone de reglare a temperaturii unui cuptor.
