Inventia se refera la un procedeu de obtinere a lectinelor din seminte de Phaseolus sp. prin retratarea boabelor de fasole cu apa la diferite temperaturi, urmata de extractia cu solutie tampon, separarea si ultacentrifugarea extractului, decantarea substantelor lipidice si liofilizare.The invention relates to a process for obtaining lectins from Phaseolus sp. by refining the beans with water at different temperatures, followed by extraction with buffer solution, separation and ultracentrifugation of the extract, decanting of lipid substances and lyophilization.
