Abstract

Procedeul pentru obtinerea acidului fluosilicic din fluorina de calitate inferioara caracterizat prin aceea ca fluorina macinata avand o finete de 10....20% refuz pe sita de 0,2 mm si un continut de 78,8% CaF2 cu sau fara adaos de SiO2 siplimentar necesar formarii SiF4, se suspenda într-o solutie de acid sulfuric de concentratie 50....65% la temperatura de 70....80 degree C, dupa care suspensia astfel formata este supusa atacului cu acid sulfuric de concentratie 98% timp de 2 ore, la temperaturi de 135.....150 degree C si cu o ratie totala de acid sulfuric de 3,5....4 ori mai mare decat cea stoichiometrica raportata la continutul de CaO din fluorina, gazele cu fluor degajate se absorb în apa, obtinîndu-se acid flupsilicic de concentratie 15....20% iar suspensia rezultata din reactie se supune filtrarii si spalarii cu apa, obtinandu-se ca filtrat solutii de acid sulfuric care sunt recirculate în atacul fluorinei si un precipitat de sulfat de calciu-anhidrit, spalat, care se evacueaza la halda dupa oneutralizare prealabila.
