Abstract
Inventia se refera la niste electrozi de sudura înveliti, utilizati la sudarea manuala, prin topirea electrica a otelurilor slab aliate cu granulatie fina. Electrozii de sudura, conform inventiei, au la baza o sîrma electrod peste care se aplica un învelis compus, în principal, dintr-un amestec uscat format din: pulbere de marmura alba cu o granulatie de 0,20 mm, fluorita maconata cu min. 95% CaF, cu o granulatie de 0,10 mm, cuart cu o granulatie de 0,20 mm, ferosiliciu titan cu o granulatie de 0,20 mm, pulbere de fier cu o granulatie de 0,20 mm pulbere de nichel cu o granulatie de 0,10 mm, celuloza, amidon si p solutie de silicat de potasiu. Electrozii de sudura, conform inventiei, au o compozitie compatibila cu cea a metalului de baza si au caracteristici mecanice superioare. Prin utilizarea lor se înlatura uzura recipientelor metalice care contin reactivi.
