Abstract
Procedeul de obtinere a unui complex enzimatic, conform inventiei, consta în aceea ca hematiile umane sau supernatantul rezultat în urma îmdepartarii fractiunilor II si III Cohn din procedeul de obtinere a globuluinei, conform brevetului RSR nr. 64675, se neutralizeaza, se amesteca cu alcoolul etilic si cloroform dupa care se centrafugheaza; supernatantul adus la pH 5 se centrifugheaza si solutiei rezultate i se adauga alcoolul etilic, dupa care se centrifugheaza iar si apoi se liofilizeaza; produsul liofilizat se dizolva în apa distilata, se neutralizeaza, si dupa centrifugare, supernatantul se trece prin DEAE Sephade A 50, eluarea efectuîndu-se cu solutii diferite de clorura de sodiu si retinînd eluatele pentru care s-au folosit, 0,1 M si 0,2 M clorura de sodiu, acestea fiind trecute printr-un filtru stearil. înainte de utilizare hematiile se spala cu ser fiziologic si se dilueaza cu apa distilata.
