Abstract
Inventia se refera la un procedeu pentru obtinerea unui lac poliuretanic pentru finisarea substantelor flexibile, conform caruia, se efectueaza reactia dintre un poliester liniar pe baza de acid adipic , 1,6 hexandiol sau 1,4-butandiol cu greutate moleculara circa 2000 si 4,4'-difenilmetandiizocianat, în raport molar NCO/OH de 1,1-2, de preferat 1,1...1,3 în mediu de metiletilcetona si toluen, la temperatura de 78...80 degree C, timp de 2...3h, pîna cînd continutul procentual de NCO liber scade la valoarea calculata, urmata de extinderea lanturilor cu glicoli, în raport molar OH/NCO = 1, în prezenta de octoat stanos în proportie de 0,1...0,2% în greutate raportat la polimer, reactia continuînd pîna cînd continutul de NCO scade la zero.The invention relates to a process for obtaining a polyurethane lacquer for finishing flexible substances according to which the reaction of a linear polyester based on adipic acid, 1.6 hexanediol or 1,4-butanediol with a molecular weight of about 2000 and 4, 4'-diphenylmethane diisocyanate in an NCO / OH molar ratio of 1.1-2, preferably 1.1-1.3 in methylethylketone and toluene, at 78-80 ° C for 2 ... 3h, until the percentage of free NCO decreases to the calculated value, followed by the chain extension with glycols in molar OH / NCO = 1, in the presence of 0.1 to 0.2 % by weight relative to the polymer, the reaction continuing until the NCO content drops to zero.
