Abstract

Inventia se refera la un procedeu continuu de sinteza a hidroxipivaldehidei, din aldehida izobutirica si formaldehida în mediu alcool inferior si în prezenta unei amine tertiare, constînd în aceea ca reactia are loc la temperaturi de 70-110 degree C, de preferinta 90-100 degree C si presiuni de 7-15 at, de preferinta 8-10 at, folosind urmatoarele rapoarte molare: aldehida izobutirica: formaldehida 0,8-1,4:1, de preferinta 1,1:1, alcool itobutiric:formaldehida 1,5-4:1, de preferinta 2-2,5:1, trietilamina:: formaldehida 0,05 - 1,1:1, de preferinta 0,08:1, reactie avînd loc în doua reactoare în serie, primul de tip cu amestecare perfecta, al doilea de tip cu deplasare totala pentru realizarea unui timp total de stationare de 30-120 min, de preferinta 50-60min, din care 2/3 se realizeaza în primul reactor.
