Abstract

Inventia se refera la un procedeu de obtinere a unor produse bioactive stabile din planta proaspata de Erigeron Canadensia, respectiv a uleiului volatil cu actiune antifungica si antimicrobiana si concomitent a extractului bioactiv cu actiune antiinflamatoare si analgezica, care pot fi utilizate în diferite formule terapeutice sau cosmetice, singure, asociate cu alte produse fitoterapeutice sau de sinteza, sub diferite formule de conditionare. Produsele bioactive se obtin prin antrenarea uleiului volatil într-o instalatie cu circuit închis sau deschis, colectarea uleiului volatil si concentrarea extractului apos pîna la obtinerea unor extracte bioactive cu un continut de 20-60% substanta uscata. Uleiul incolor pîna la galben brun, cu miros caracteristic, contine limonen, linalcool, acetat de linalil si terpinsol are densitatea 0,8415...0,8763, indicele de refractie 1,476...1,528, puterea rotatorie +58,2...+63, indicele de aciditate 0,6...4,9, iar solutiile extractive contin: 20-60% substanta uscata, 0,27...0,96% flavone, 0,25...0,8% taninuri, 1,93...5,7% oze, direct reducatoare si 0,8...3,5% zaharuri totale.
