Abstract
Inventia se refera la un procedeu de tratarea a tesatorilor din fibre poliesterice destinate confectionarii prelatelor pentru instalatiile de foraj care se exploateaza în climat rece constand în impregnarea cu o compozitie care contine 15..20% emulsie de policlorura de vinil, 15..20% plastifianti primari si secundari, 5..10% agento de ignifugare, 1..1,5% agenti de protectie contra radiatiilor ultraviolete, 1..1,5% stabilizator si 50..60% N-metil-pirolidona, prin doua, treceri succesive cu uscareîn tunel în aer cald timp de 8..10 min, la 100...120grade C dupa fiecare impregnare dupa care urmeaza impregnarea cu o pasta care contine 5..10% aluminiu metalic, 5..10% emulsie de policlorura de vinil si 80..90% solventi si uscarea în tunel cu aer cald 3..4min, la 70..80 grade C.
