Abstract
Metoda de tratament, conform inventiei, consta în aceea ca prevede stabilirea dimensiunilor mansonului antral sero-muscular restant, functie de dimensiunile ulcerului spre versantul antral si penetrarea în pancreas, ligaturarea si sectionarea celor doua arcade vasculare pe mica si marea curbura la 2 cm sub nivelul ales al sectiunii antrului, sectionarea antrului pana la mucoasa, legea varfului conului mucos, sectionarea mansonului mucos la circa 2 mm deasupra ligaturii, suturarea orificiului mansonului mucos cu fire neresorbabile, înfundarea acestei suturi si suturarea înca o data a capatului mansonului mucos dupa care se procedeaza la acoperirea cu lambou epiplioc si, în final stabilirea tranzitului prin gastroenteroanastomaza tip Reichel-Polya.
