Polimerizarea în masa are loc pana la o conversie de 30% în prezenta unui initiator peroxidic iar apoi polimerizarea în suspensie, în prezenta unui amestec optom de initiatori si în prezenta alcoolului polivinilic drept de la 80 la 120 grade C.
