Abstract

Inventia se refera la un schimbator de caldura rotativ utilizat pentru prelucrarea lichidelor vîscoase, în industria chimica, ce permite intensificarea schimbului de caldura în care scop, în interiorul carcasei unui schimbator de caldura rotativ, sînt amplasati coaxial un rotor care formeaza cu peretele interior al carcasei o cavitate pentru trecerea unui agent de racire, precum si un stator care se întinde în lungul axei de rotatie si formeaza cu peretele interior al rotorului, o cavitate pentru trecerea unui lichid vîscos, în care se afla un cadru cu niste elemente de razuire dintre care unele sînt în contact cu peretele exterior al statorului iar celelalte sînt în contact cu peretele interior al rotorului. în lungul axei longitudinale a statorului este prevazut un cadru inelar cu o nrvura în forma de spirala care formeaza cu peretele interior al statorului o cavitate pentru trecerea agentului de racire. în schimbatorul de caldura rotativ sunt prevazute doua angrenaje planetare care asigura rotirea în raport cu axa longitudinala a statorului a cadrului cu elemente de razuire. Fiecare din angrenajele planetare este prevazut cu cîte o roata dintata solara care este fixata de rotor si se angreneaza cu trei roti dintate planetare care se angreneaza la rîndul lor cu o roata dintata care este fixata pe o fata frontala a statorului.
