Inventia reprezinta un procedeu de obtinere a ferofluidelor nepolare obtinute prin precipitarea chimica a unui amestec de saruri feroferite cu hidroxid de amoniu în exces, urmata de dispersarea particulelor magnetizabile cu ajutorul unui agent activ de suprafata cum ar fi acidul oleic, precipitarea avînd loc în prezenta unui agent de crestere a vîscozitatii solutiei de precipitare, care conduce la obtinerea unor dimensiuni uniforme ale particulelor în suspensie. în acest scop se utilizeaza fie etilen glicol, glicerina, fie polietilen glicol într-un spectru larg de concentratie (1-40g/l) si temperatura (10...80 degree C).The invention is a process for obtaining non-polar ferrofluids obtained by the chemical precipitation of a mixture of ferro-ferrous salts with excess ammonium hydroxide followed by the dispersion of the magnetizable particles with a surface-active agent such as oleic acid, the precipitation occurring in the presence of viscosity-increasing agent of the precipitation solution, which results in uniform particle sizes in suspension.
