Abstract
Inventia de fata se refera la un adeziv pe baza de cauciuc butadien-acrilinitrilic, bicomponential autovulcanizat prin amorsare cu raze infrarosii. Adezivul este constituit din cauciuc butadien-acrilonitrulic dizolvat în solventi organici continand ingredienti ranforsanti si agenti de vulcanizare repartizati diferit în cele doua componente, care se amesteca înainte de utilizare. Stratul de adeziv aplicat prin pensulare si uscat, se iradiaza scurt timp cu raze infrarosii dupa care piesele se îmbina si se lasa în repaos, adeziunea maxima obtinandu-se dupa cca 24 h. Adezivul este utilizabil pentru lipirea unor materiale cum sunt: cauciuc, piele, textile, etc. îmbinarile au buna rezostenta mecanica si în conditii de umiditate, caldura, frig si rezistenta la produse petroliere.The present invention relates to a butadiene-acrylonitrile rubber adhesive, bicomponenally autoculcanized by infrared priming. The adhesive consists of butadiene-acrylonitrile rubber dissolved in organic solvents containing reinforcing ingredients and vulcanizing agents, distributed differently in the two components, which are mixed prior to use. The layer of adhesive applied by brush and dry, irradiates shortly with infrared rays, after which the parts are mixed and left in the rest, the maximum adhesion being obtained after approx. 24 h. The adhesive is usable for gluing materials such as rubber, leather , textiles, etc. joints have good mechanical resistance under conditions of humidity, heat, cold and resistance to petroleum products.
