Abstract
Inventia se refera la un antistatizant pentru policlorura de vinil care, în scopul largirii gamei sortimentale si asigurarii unui efect permanent de antistatizare, dispune de o structura si o compozitie chimica de sita moleculara de tip zeolit 4A, fiind utilizabil în orice forma cationica, preferabil în forma de sodiu si care se introduce în masa de polimer în proportie de 15...20% în stare de pulbere microcristalina, fie divizata si cu umiditate maxima de 1% si se obtine pe cale hidrotermala din silicat de sodiu, oxid de aluminiu, hidroxid de sodiu si apa la 60...100 degree C sub agitare, urmata de cristalizare în regim stationar timp de 5,5...6 h la 100 + - 2 degree C, spalare cu apa de condens sau demineralizata pentru ajustarea pH-ului, la valori cuprinse între 9,5...1,5, aducerea masei cristaline în stare de pulbere prin uscare în etuva la 110 degree C sau sub forma de suspensie apoasa cu 10...12% aluminosilicat alcalin care se usuca prin atomizare la temperaturi de 430...450 degree C pe intrare si 180...200 degree C pe iesire gaze.
