Abstract
Este prezentat un procedeu pentru obtinerea hidroxidului de fier, prin electroliza unei solutii apoase de NaCl tehnic în cuva cu electrozi de fier vechi. Daca este nevoie, precipitatul de hidroxid de fier format, dupa uscare, poate fi spalat cu apa pîna la îndepartarea urmelor de Na. Procesul electrolizei este însotit de degajare de gaze precum hidrogen si oxigen, care, daca sînt captate prin combustia lor, poate reduce mult energia solicitata de procesul de electroliza. Lesia rezultata ca produs secundar poate fi utilizata în diferite scopuri. Conform acestui procedeu, se utilizeaza materiale la un cost scazut, cu un consum mic de energie, iar hidroxidul obtinut este de puritate net superioara celui obtinut prin alte procedee. Metoda prezentata este foarte simpla, nu necesita nici o materie prima deosebita, parametri riguros respectati, utilaje complicate. Hidroxidul de fier astfel obtinut, prin calcinare la diferite temperaturi, poate fi utilizat la prepararea diferitelor tipuri de oxizi de fier, solicitati în industria chimica la prepararea catalizatorilor, colorantilor, materialelor ceramice, produselor farmaceutice etc.There is provided a process for obtaining iron hydroxide by electrolysis an aqueous NaCl solution in an old iron electrodes. The iron hydroxide thus obtained by calcination at different temperatures can be used in the preparation of various types of iron oxides required in the chemical industry for the preparation of catalysts, dyes, ceramics, pharmaceuticals, etc.
