Abstract

Inventia se refera la un procedeu si la un dispozitiv pentru îmbinarea produselor tubulare metalice, prin presare la cald, fiind utilizate, în special, la îmbinarea tevilor utilizate în industria petroliera. Procedeul consta din utilizarea hidrogenului cu puritate ridicata, ca agent de reducere a oxizilor de pe suprafetele de contact, gaz care este furnizat din exteriorul îmbinarii. Dispozitivul este alcatuit dintr-un element elastic, care izoleaza zona de îmbinare de restul spatiului interior al tevilor, iar pentru încalzire se utilizeaza un inductor. Dupa ce suprafetele au fost încalzite si curatate de oxizi, tevile respective se supun unor forte de presare si datorita temperaturii de 1000...1250 degree C se realizeaza îmbinarea, cînd în zona de contact apare si o difuzie a materialului.
