Abstract

Inventia de fata se refera la un procedeu de obtinere a unui liant, pentru imprimare textila prin copolimerizarea în emulsie a unui amestec de monomeri constituit din 30...40% butadiena, 45...30% acrilat de butil, 21...28% acrilonitril si 2...4% metilolacrilamida, în sistem semicontinuu, în prezenta de initiatori si emulgatori cunoscuti la presiune de 4...6 at. Se obtine un liant stabil din punct de vedere chimic si în timp. Acest liant se utilizeaza la imprimarea textila cu coloranti, pigmenti a suporturilor din fire celulozice si celulozice în amestec cu sintetice.The present invention relates to a process for obtaining a binder for textile printing by emulsion copolymerization of a mixture of monomers consisting of 30 ... 40% butadiene, 45 ... 30% butyl acrylate, 21 ... 28% acrylonitrile and 2-4% methylolacrilamide, in semicontinuous system, in the presence of initiators and emulsifiers known at 4 to 6 atmospheres pressure. A chemically and temporally stable binder is obtained. This binder is used for textile printing with dyestuffs, pigments of cellulose and cellulose fibers mixed with synthetic fibers.
