Abstract

Procedeul, conform inventiei, consta în aceea ca omentumul de felina, bovina sau porcina, izolat de la femelele adulte, este maruntit si amestecat cu 300 vol solutie tampon fosfat salin la 4 degree C, dupa care se centrifugheaza 5 min la o turatie de 20500 rot/min so apoi 20 min la 1600×g, stratul lipidic obtinut este omogenizat, timp de 2 min, cu 21 vol amestec cloroform-metanol, apoi centrifugat timp de 10 min la temperatura camerei si la 200×g, dupa care supernatantul obtinut este evaporat în vid la 37 degree C si, în vederea utilizarii, este adus în suspensie cu 4 vol solutie tampon de fosfat salin.
