Abstract

Inventia se refera la un procedeu si o instalatie de recuperare a caldurii din instalatiile de distilare, caldura rezultata la faza de condensare a vaporilor de la vîrful coloanelor, cu utilizare la consumatorii industriali sau civili. Caldura preluata poate fi utilizata la uscarea granulelor de polietilentereftalat destinate filarii din topitura, respectiv la încalzirea aerului de uscare, în conditiile în care acesta este debitat pentru o suprafata de schimb de caldura data, cu 6000 m3/h, de la temperatura de 10 +/- 2 degree C la 70 +/- 2 degree C. Instalatia se compune din sase condensatoare montate imediat dupa coloanele de distilare, un sistem de alimentare continua în circuit închis cu apa dedurizata, un racord separat pentru primele patru condensatoare si un racord separat pentru ultimele doua condensatoare, un vas colector de apa de racire si o pompa de recirculare. în sistem se introduce direct consumatorul.
