Abstract

Inventia se refera la o masina de tesit dantura rotilor dintate cilindrice, destinata tesirii automate a danturii rotilor dintate cilindrice. Masina este alcatuita dintr-un batiu pe care sunt montate un grup hidraulic de actionare, un grup de racire-separare a spanului din ulei si un dulap electric, actionarea schemei cinematice realizându-se de la un electromotor prin intermediul unui cuplaj elastic. Masina, conform inventiei, este prevazuta cu un mecanism de antrenare (A) care transmite miscarea la un balansier (C), bascularea acestuia din urma spre postul de lucru realizându-se cu ajutorul unui motor hidraulic rectiliniu (D). Pe batiu sunt montate o papusa fixa (24) si o papusa mobila (25), care strâng semifabricatul (15) de prelucrat. Pe acelasi batiu, în partea sa superioara, mai este montata o magazie gravitationala (29) din care semifabricatele (15) ajung, prin intermediul unui alimentator gravitational (26), în postul de lucru. Niste motoare hidraulice (27 si 28) realizeaza, actionarea semifabricatelor (15) care, în final, ajung într-o magazie de piese finite (30), împinse fiind de un motor hidraulic (31). Mecanismul de antrenare (A) este prevazut cu un reductor melc-roata melcata (4 si 5) ce transmite turatia la niste roti dintate (6 si 7), de la care miscarea ajunge la un arbore princiapl (8). Balansierul (C) este alcatuit dintr-un tren de roti dintate (9, 10, 11 si 12), ce transmit turatia la un ax de iesire (13), pe care este montata scula (B). Niste cutite laterale (21), ce culiseaza pe un suport (20) solidar cu balansierul (C), sunt actionate cu ajutorul unor motoare hidraulice (22 si 23).The invention relates to a cylindrical toothed gear teeth for automatic shearing of cylindrical gear teeth. The machine consists of a frame on which a hydraulic drive group is mounted, a cooling-separating group of the oil span and an electric cabinet, the action of the kinematic scheme being made from an electric motor by means of an elastic coupling. The machine according to the invention is provided with a drive mechanism (A) which conveys the movement to a rocker (C), the latter being tilted to the working station by means of a rectilinear hydraulic motor (D). A fixed doll (24) and a mobile doll (25) are mounted on the bead which tighten the workpiece blank (15). On the same frame, in its upper part, a gravitational magazine (29) is also mounted, from which the semifinished products (15) arrive, through a gravitational feeder (26), to the working station. Hydraulic motors (27 and 28) perform the operation of the semifinished products (15) which eventually reach into a finished parts magazine (30) driven by a hydraulic motor (31). The drive mechanism (A) is provided with a worm gear (4 and 5) which transmits the speed to some gears (6 and 7), from which the movement reaches a principe shaft (8). The balance (C) consists of a toothed wheel train (9, 10, 11 and 12) which transmits the speed to an output shaft (13) on which the tool (B) is mounted. Some side knives (21) sliding on a support (20) integral with the rocker (C) are driven by hydraulic motors (22 and 23).
