Abstract
Inventia se refera la un dinamometru pentru masurarea fortelor mici, pâna la 1,5 N, destinat utilarii aparatelor pentru taierea fibrelor textile. Dinamometrul pentru masurarea fortelor mici, conform inventiei, este prevazut cu un traductor de forta care transmite deplasarea unui mecanism de amplificare cu roti dintate si cu un mecanism de reglare pentru etalonarea aparatului. Traductorul de forta este alcatuit din niste lamele elastice fixate la un capat, iar la celalalt, solidare cu o lamela de capat dotata cu un orificiu pentru aplicarea fortei de masurat. în aceeasi lamela de capat, mai exista o decupare longitudinala destinata unui stift de limitare a cursei si o decupare trensversala pentru un stift al mecanismului de amplificare. Mecanismul de amplificare este format dintr-o placa inferioara si o placa superioara, între acestea fiind montate, în niste lagare, niste axe care sustin un sector dintat ce angreneaza cu o roata dintata montata pe acelasi ax cu o alta roata dintata. Aceasta roata dintata pe acelasi ax cu un ac indicator ce se roteste în fata unui cadran circular. Readucerea la zero a acului indicator si a mecanismului de amplificare se realizeaza cu un arc spiral, montat pe acelasi ax cu acul indicator. Mecanismul de reglare este prevazut cu un element de ghidare si cu niste placute de ghidare în care culiseaza lamelele elastice. Un surub de reglare asigura calibrarea aparatului.The invention relates to a dynamometer for measuring low forces, up to 1.5 N, for the use of textile fiber cutting apparatuses. The dynamic force dynamometer according to the invention is provided with a force transducer which conveys the displacement of a gearing gear mechanism and a calibration mechanism for calibrating the apparatus. The force transducer is made up of some elastic blades fixed at one end, and the other one is joined with an end lamella fitted with an orifice for applying the force of measurement. In the same end lamella, there is a longitudinal cut for a stroke limiting pin and a transversal cut for a bolt of the amplification mechanism. The amplification mechanism consists of a lower plate and a top plate, some of which are mounted in some bearings, some axes supporting a toothed sector engaging a toothed wheel mounted on the same shaft with another toothed wheel. This toothed wheel on the same shaft with an indicator needle that rotates in front of a circular dial. The zero point of the indicator needle and the amplification mechanism is made with a spiral spring mounted on the same axis with the indicator needle. The adjusting mechanism is provided with a guide element and with some guide plates in which the elastic lamellas slide. An adjusting screw ensures calibration of the device.
