Abstract
Inventia se refera la un procedeu pentru prepararea unor N-piperidilbenzamide cu formula generala I (vezi formula în pag.1 a descrierii) în care R reprezinta o grupa de alcoxi, alcheniloxi sau alchiniloxi continînd pîna la 7 atomi de carbon de grupa, R1 este hidrogen sau o grupa NR4R5 sau NR6COR7, unde R4, R5 si R6, care pot fi aceiasi sau diferiti, sînt, fiecare, hidrogen sau o grupa alchil, iar R7 este o grupa alchil sau trifluormetil, R2 este hidrogen, halogen sau o grupa nitro sau sulfamoil, R3 reprezinta hidrogen sau o grupa metil sau metoxi, X reprezinta o catena de hidrocarbura continînd 1...4 atomi de carbon, unul din ei putînd fi înlocuit, eventual, printr-un atom de oxigen, Y reprezinta o grupa de eter ciclic nearomatic sau de tioeter ciclic nearomatic, si sarurile farmaceutic acceptabile ale acestora sînr utile în tratamentul unor boli gastrointestinale.The invention relates to a process for the preparation of N-piperidylbenzamides of general formula I (see formula on page 1 of the description) wherein R represents an alkoxy, alkenyloxy or alkynyloxy group containing up to 7 carbon atoms, R 1 is hydrogen or a group NR4R5 or NR6COR7 wherein R4, R5 and R6, which may be the same or different, are each hydrogen or an alkyl group and R7 is an alkyl or trifluoromethyl group, R2 is hydrogen, halogen or a nitro group or sulfamoyl, R 3 represents hydrogen or a methyl or methoxy group, X represents a hydrocarbon chain containing from 1 to 4 carbon atoms, one of which may optionally be replaced by an oxygen atom, Y represents a non-aromatic cyclic ether or non-aromatic cyclic thioether, and pharmaceutically acceptable salts thereof are useful in the treatment of gastrointestinal disorders.
