Abstract

Inventia se refera la un procedeu pentru prepararea prin sinteza hidrotermala a zeolitilor supersilicosi de tip ZSM-5 din solutii de silicat de sodiu si sulfat de aluminiu, acidulate cu acid sulfuric în prezenta de etilenglicol, în scopul obtinerii unui produs de cristalinitate si puritate maxima si anume, o solutie de silicat de sodiu tehnic se gelifiaza cu etilenglicol, se aciduleaza cu acid sulfuric, se amesteca cu solutie de sulfat de aluminiu tehnic cu formarea gelului de aluminosilicat având compozitie: SiO2:Al2O3=40...120, Na2O:SiO2=0,08...0,12. HO - :SiO2=0,16...0,24, H2O:Al2O3=1000...3000, H2O:SiO2=18...50, etilenglicol: SiO2=0,5...5.The invention relates to a process for the preparation by hydrothermal synthesis of ZSM-5 type supersilic zeolites of solutions of sodium silicate and aluminum sulphate, acidified with sulfuric acid in the presence of ethylene glycol in order to obtain a product of crystallinity and maximum purity and a technical sodium silicate solution is gelled with ethylene glycol, acidified with sulfuric acid, mixed with a technical aluminum sulphate solution to form an aluminosilicate gel having the following composition: SiO2: Al2O3 = 40 ... 120, Na2O: SiO2 = 0.08 ... 0.12. HO -: SiO2 = 0.16 ... 0.24, H2O: Al2O3 = 1000 ... 3000, H2O: SiO2 = 18 ... 50, ethylene glycol: SiO2 = 0.5 ... 5.
