Abstract

Crosscut piston mechanism for four stroke internal combustion engines comprises a crosscut head (2) that is fixed onto a shaft (1). The shaft (1) is set in bearings (1.3) where the joint of a cylinder (5,5.1) of the engine is. The crosscut head (2) has arms (2.1, 2.2) achieved that are opposite to each other and arms (2.3, 2.4) that are opposite and directed to each other to the first pair (2.1, 2.2) of arms. On the arms (2.1, 2.2, 2.3, 2.4) on the external endings thereof from inside are set beardings (2.10, 2.20, 2.30 and 2.40). On the top piston (3) is achieved a plate (4) that is set in parallel with the axle of the piston, and at the same time it is perpendicular to the shaft (1). On the bottom piston (3.1) is opening with internal surface of the shape of a curve (8.1). The curve (8.1) is inversive compared to the curve (8). Plates (4, 4.1) are misplaced by distant bushes (11) and coupled to each other by screws (12). Bearings (2.10, 2.20) with its internal rings are set onto the surface of the curve (8), while the bearings (2.30, 2.40) on the surface of the curve (8.1). When during a working cycle, the piston (3), due to expansion, sets toward the position (DMT) and then the surface of the curve (8) revolves the bearings with endings (2.1, 2.2) of the crosscut head (2), and then over a wedge (1.1) a shaft (1), and then it obtains a rotary motion. Work of the piston (3.1) is by 900 functionally displaced compared to the work of the piston (3). Fig. 1 with abstract.
