Description
II OPIS PRONALASKA
NAZIV PRONALASKA: ELEKTRODNI TROFAZNI GREJAČ
a) Oblast tehnike na koju se pronalazak odnosi
Pronalazak se odnosi na oblast termotehnike koja se bavi zagrevanjem elektro
provodnih tečnosti u polju naizmenične struje.
b) Tehnički problem
Potrebno je zagrejati elektro provodnu tečnost za: grejanje, procesnu
opremu, toplu potrošnu vodu i paru trofaznom naizmeničnom strujom.
c) Stanje tehnike
Sadašnji nivo tehnike za grejanje elektro provodnih tečnosti je takozvani
potopljeni grejač koji se sastoji od: elektrootporne žice koja se zagreva proticanjem naizmenične struje, a toplotu prenosi na šamotno brašno u koje je utopljena i na cev sa kojim je grejač oplašten. Ovakva konstrukcija ima sledeće nedostatke: sporo zagrevanje, pregorevanje grejača kada nema tečnosti, utrošak veće količine energije zbog zagrevanja samog grejača.
d) Izlaganje suštine pronalaska
Elektroprovodna tečnost ulazi kroz otvore 9, zatim zalazi izmedju
elektroda 1 gde se u polju naizmenične struje zagreva i zatim izlazi kroz otvore 8. Ukoliko je položaj montaže elektrodnog trofaznog grejača drugačiji od onog na slici 1. tada su ulazni otvori 8, a izlazni otvori su 9-

Pronalazak je detaljno opis na primeru načina izvodjenja prikazanom na
nacrtu u kome:

f) Detaljan opis pronalska
Elektroprovodna tečnost koja ulazi kroz pet otvora 9 kape od plastičnog
materijala 6 zalazi izmedju tri komada elektroda 1 u obliku nezatvorenih pravouglih profila koji zalaze jedan u drugi. Ove tri elektrode 1 ulivene su u plastično telo 5. U polju naizmenične struje izmedju elektroda 1 elektrootporna tečnost se zagreva i izlazi kroz otvore 8 plastične kape 6.
Tri elektrode 1 su preko kontakt zavrtnja 3 i klema 4, vezane za tri
faze naizmenične struje.
Telo od plastike 5 ima navoj sa kojim se navrče na sud u kome greje elektro-otpornu tečnost i ima zaptivni gumeni prsten 7 kojim se onemogučava isticanje tečnosti van suda.
Plastična kapa 6 sa svojim otvorima 8 i 9 usmerava proticanje tečnosti
za grejanje i onemogućava mehaničkim nečistoćama da dodju izmedju elektroda. Plastična kapa 6 ima naglavne zube sa kojima se vezuje za plastično telo 5-Trofazni elektrodni grejač može da se montira u bilo kom položaju. Način uzemljenja ovih elektrodnih grejača je isti kao kod klasičnih grejača.
g) Način industrijske ili druge primene pronalaska
Elektordni trofazni grejač može da se primeni za zagrevanje elektroprovodnih
tečnosti ili proizvodnju pare kod sledečih uredjaja:
- kotlova,
- radijatora,
- bojlera, - reakcionih posuda,
- konvektora i kalorifera,
- fen-coill-a itd
Claims (1)
- Elektrodni trofazni grejač karakterisan je time što se električno naizmenično polje uspostavlja izmedju elektroda kroz elektroprovodnu tečnost što u slučaju smanjenja nivoa tečnosti (ili nestanka tečnosti) izaziva smanjenje kapaciteta grejača (ili potpuni prestanak njegovog rada). Elektrodni trofazni grejač karakterisan je time što su mu elektrode izvedene u obliku nezatvorenih pravougaonih profila koji zalaze jedan u drugi, čime je maksimalno povečana medjusobna površina tj. naizmenično električno polje, a dimenzije grejača su smanjene na minimum.
