Description
SKLOPLJIVA STOLICA
Oblast tehnike na koju se odnosi pronalzak
Prononalzak, sklopljiva stolica, se odnosi na oblast opštih ljudskih
v potreba, a koristi se za kampovanje, kod ribolova, čekanja na autobuskim,
željezničkim, tramvajskim i trolejbuskim stanicam, kod prisustva na masovnim sportskim utakmicama, priredbama, koncertima, kao i pri prevoza sredstvima gradskog prevoza u slučajima kad nema dovoljno mesta u špicevima transportnih gužvi. Prema Međunarodnoj klasifikaciji patenata, pronalzak može da se klasificira i označi simbolima A 47 4/00, sastavljive, sklopljive ili rasklopljive stolice i A 45 F, putna i kamp oprema.
Tehnički problem koji se rešava sa patentom
Ovim pronalaskom, .sklopljiva stolica, rešava se tehnički problem konstrukcije lako rasklopljive i skloplljive stolice, koja se rasklapa na sistemu kišobrana, a koju u isto vreme mogu da koriste i osobe sa telesnom težinom do 140 kg.
Stanje tehnike
Stanje tehnike izgleda jednostavno za opisivanje, ali ulaženjem u tehničkim detaljima ohrarabruje se dalji rad na ovakvim i sličnim tehničkim problemima.
Poznate su stolice za rasklapanje i sklapanje izradjene od drveta ili plastike, koje su u sklopljenom stanju u formi kvadara sa pravougaonom ili trougaonom bazom. Te stolice su najčešće grube za transport, nisu namenjene za sve kategorije težine, nije preporučljivo da dugo stoje na suncu radi gubitka krutosti kod plastičnih ili od estetskih razloga kod drvenih. One su teške, pa je njihov transport uvek povezan sa dopunskim vlaastitim prevozom. Znači, pogodne su samo za kampovanje, ali ne i za nošenje sa sobom, na primer u akt tašnji ili preko ramena, kao što se nosi kišobran. Osnovna izvedba do sada poznatih stolica se svodi na dva zgloba, na koji bazira mehanizam za sklapanje i rasklapanje. Zglobovi su izvedeni sa osovinicama, osigurani navrtnjima i podloškama, koje se kod česte upotrebe, lako odvrnu i pretstavljaju opasnost od cepanja odeće kod sedanja i ustajanja.
I pored postojanja patenata na koje se može pozvati prilikom opisivanja stanja tehnike , kao što je onaj Nixon-ov (1873), Brown-ov (1930), McPherson - ov (1944), osobito je interesantan paten<t>istog autora dodeljen od strane Bira za patente i žigove Sjedinjeih Američkih Država, br. 3,960,092, (1976) , nazvan Collapsible Stool (sakupljiva, (sklopliva), stolica). Ovaj patent Levkopvskog, ima nizu nedostataka koji su otklonjeni priloženim rešenjem. Patent Levkovskog, br. 3960092, priznat u SAD, obuhvata jednu cev sa dva kraja, na kojoj se nalaze otklonjljivi poklopci. Brojni kraci, radijalno potkrepljeni, a lako otstanljivi su smešteni na jednom kraju. Na drugom kraju je smešten mehanizam podupirača koji se rasklapa. Podupirna tačka mehanizma jednog kraja je telo cevi, a na drugom kraju je nosač sedala, povezan navojnim mehanizmom sa krajem cevi. Mehanizmi su se pokazali kao složeni i skupi za izradu. Visoka cena izrade je postajala još viša i zbog izrade oba navoja, na svakim od krajeima cevi.
Pvaj pronalazak odstranjuje pomenute nedostatke, pravi stolicu lakom, jevtinijom a u isto vreme i sigurnom.
Rešenje tehničkog problema
Konstruktivna izvedba ovog pronalaska sastoji se od četri osnovna sklopa: sklop krakova, noseća cev, sklop mehanizama za rasklapanje i sklapanje i sedalo. Na donjem i gornjem kraju cevi su popstavljeni poklopci, koji u isto vreme služe i kao nosači krakova, odnosno mehanizama za sklapanje i rasklapanje.
U sklopljenom stanju stolica se nosi u futroli od krpe ili plastike, zatvorene patentom duž osovinske linije cevi, sa kaišom izrađenim od različitih materijala (koža, plastika, tkanina i t.d.) za nošenje preko ramena. Stolica je tako konstruirana da se da lako smestiti i u u akt tašnji sa standarnim dimenzijama.
Pronalazak je opisan na šest crteža koji pretstavljaju sledeće sklopove, poglede ili preseke: SLI pretstavlja sklopni crtež rasklopljene stolice;
51.2 pretstavlja presek izvedbe spajanja gornjeg i donjeg člana mehanizama i sedala;
51.3 pretstavlja presek gornjeg poklopca cevi, koji služi kao podporni član gornjeg člana mehanizma;
51.4 pretstavlja presek podupirača donjeg člana mehanizma;
51.5 pretstavlja presek donjeg poklopca cevi i nosača krakova; a 51.6 pretsavlja futrolu u kojoj je smeštena sklopljiva stolica.
Pozivajući se na crteže, osnovni delovi sklopljive stolice se sastoje od sedala (1), noseće cevi (15), mehanizma sklopljivih krakova (13) i gornjeg (6) i donjeg (7) člana mehanizma a rasklapanje stolice.
Na sl.l se vidi da su, zbog lakšeg montiranja i smeštanja u futrolu, pogled E na si.6, nožice koje su na broj 4, a mogu da budu i manje ili više, montirane preko uklještenja u lisnatim oprugama (12) spojenim sa podupiračm donjeg člana (10). Na svojem donjem kraju one su spojene preko nitni, koje služe u isto vreme i kao osovinice. U rasklopljenom stanju krakovi (13) su ožljeljeni u otvorime donjeg kraja donjeg poklopca (14). Krakovi (13) se lako rasklapaju izvlačenjem iz zahvata sa lisnatim pružinama (12), brzim kružnim pomeranjem za 90 stepeni oko nitana i užljebljenjem u otvorime donjeg kraja donjeg poklopca (14). Njihivim vađenjem iz zahvata sa lisnatim pružinama, osIobaĐa se podupirač donjeg člana (10) koji može da se kreće translatorno dužinom osovinske linije cevi (15).
Kretajuci se ka gornjem kraju poklopca cevi (8) i posle dostizanja maksimalne tačke udaljenosti mehanizma gornjeg člana (6), podupirač donjeg člana (10) se ukrućuje sa osovinom (11). Donji član (7) i gorni član (6) 'mehanizma su povezani sa viljuškom (zglobom) (4), koja ima žljeb, na koji se užljebljuje spajač (3) sedala (1). Za povećanje krutosti sedala se koriste cilindrične opruge (5). Gornji poklopac (8), koji služi kao nosač - mpotpora gornjeg člana (6), izvršava svoju funkciju preko osovinica (9), pomeštenih na svim izdancima poklopca, koji su na broj 4, raspoređeni po ćoškovima kvadratne gornje osnove poklopca (8).
Sedalo može da bude izvedeno od kože, đona, krpe, plastike ili od drugih matverijala. Veza sa ostalim delovima sklopljive stolice se ostvaruje preko spajača (3), koj je povezan sa sedalom (1) preko nitni (2) koje su na broj 8.
Rasklapanje sklopljive srtolice se izvodi sa odspajanjem sedala (1) od mehanizma, vađenjem osovinice (11), povlačenjem mehanizma nadole, uklještenjem krakova (13) u lisnatim oprugama (12) i stavljanjem u futroli prikazanoj na si.6.
Claims (6)
1. Sklopljiva stolica koja obuhvata nogice (13), cev (15), rasklopljiv mehanizam i sedalo (1) je naznačena time što rasklopljivi mehanizam je sasavljen od gornjeg (6) i donjeg (7) člana i krakova (13) koji se sklapaju duž uzdužne osovinske linije cevi (15).
2. Sklopljiva stolica iz zahteva 1 je naznačena time što su sklopljivi krajkovi (13) osigurani ođ rasklapanja pomoću lisnatih opruga (12), postavljenih na podupiraču donjeg člana (10).
3. Sklopljiva stolica iz zahteva 1 je naznačena time što je nosač donjeg člana (10), u svojem gornjem položaju osiguran osovinicom (11).
