Field of technology

The subject of the invention, broadly speaking, belongs to the field of construction and relates to the production of special three-dimensional decorative elements for walls, and narrowly speaking, it can be defined as a covering that can be displayed on a wall, composed of specially adapted tiles made of natural stone, brick, marble or wood that are attached to a substrate.

Technical problem

The technical problem solved by the present invention consists of how to structurally solve a three-dimensional building decorative element in order to achieve simple wall decoration in the form of protrusions made of natural material, i.e. tiles made of natural stone, brick, marble or wood, which are inseparably attached to the support, and give the impression that it is part of the wall; during the assembly or disassembly of which the wall surface is not damaged; the elements are portable, which means that by placing them on a wall, if the need arises, they can be removed from the same wall and placed on another wall; the elements provide natural beauty, fit well on any wall and have a unique aesthetic appearance; the decorative elements are highly resistant to flammability.

State of the art

To the knowledge of the applicant, various solutions have been used to make picture and mirror frames, where tiles made of stone, marble or wood were glued to a frame of various shapes, made of metal or plastic.

A search of patent and non-patent documentation did not find any documents that solve the given technical problem, but documents that may represent an approximate state of the art are listed below.

A solution is known from the document KR 20120000275 A, published on 2.01.2012., entitled "Stone frame with a plurality of tiles" which is intended for display on a wall or for furniture, doors and the like. The stone frame consists of a frame to which a plurality of tiles are attached, for the front side of the base. The invention includes a height control element which is placed between one tile and the frame and controls the height of the tile, includes a lighting unit which is placed on the back of the frame and emits light, and a hook which is built into the frame and supports the load so that the frame can be placed on the wall.

A solution is known from document JRN 11264213 A, published on 28.09.1999, entitled "Decorative framed panel and its production", which consists of a frame composed of a horizontal and vertical frame and a reinforcement plate placed near the bottom. Such a frame is placed over decorative material such as natural stone, processed stone in the form of tiles and bricks that are laid freely. Several openings are made on the horizontal and vertical frame for injecting synthetic resin into the interior of the frame. The synthetic resin is made of urethane rubber or the like, and by hardening it forms a decorative framed panel. Such a solution is applied in suitable places such as architectural interior and exterior finishing walls, floors, stairs, retaining walls, river barriers and the like.

Another known solution is from the document RU 2593670 C1, published on 10.08.2016., entitled "Finishing panel" which is intended for decorating interior walls of rooms. The panel is rectangular in shape and has a decor on the front side that creates the effect of wood texture, stone, masonry or a fantasy pattern. An opening is made on the panel that faces the decorative element, so that the circumference of the opening in the panel corresponds to the outer contour of the decorative element. Along the entire outline of the opening in one plane on one side of the panel there is an opening, the shape and dimensions of which allow the decorative element to be attached to the opening of the panel, in a certain position. This invention allows the placement of decorative elements at different levels in relation to the surface of the finishing panel. In preferred embodiments of the invention, the decorative element can be located in the same plane and be buried in relation to the front surface of the panel.

Exposition of the essence of the invention

The novelty of the present invention is reflected in the fact that a decorative element for the interior and exterior walls of a building solves the problem of simple wall decoration in the form of protrusions made of natural material and gives the impression that it is part of the wall, without damaging the wall surface during assembly and disassembly.

The essence of the invention is that the decorative element consists of a support made of metal or rubberized plastic, of various shapes, with protrusions and recesses. Tiles are inseparably attached to the front of the support using glue. The tiles are made of natural stone, brick, marble or wood, and can be made of plastic cast in a mold as copies of natural material, of a certain profile with a thickness of 0.5 to 3 cm. On the back side, electrical elements or a battery for lighting, a clock mechanism and the like can be placed in the cavities of the support. A cover is attached to the back of the support, to which a protective coating is attached, and holders for hanging on the wall are attached to the cover.

The invention, a decorative element for the interior and exterior walls of a building, according to this patent application, has several advantages, of which several of the most important are listed, namely:

simple wall decoration solution,

easy assembly and disassembly

element,

preservation of the wall surface after dismantling,

unique aesthetic appearance,

highly resistant to flammability,

long lifespan, etc.

Detailed description of the invention

The present invention relates to a decorative element A, shown in Figures 1 to 5. The invention basically consists of three brackets V, S, D that are inserted into each other, made in the shape of a rectangle with protrusions and recesses, and form a supporting structure A', and are closed on the back with a cover that is covered with a protective coating, and brackets for hanging on the wall are attached to the cover. The brackets can be made of metal or rubberized plastic, by welding, riveting or casting. On the front side of the supports B, S, D, thin profiled tiles 6a, 6b, 6s, 6d, 6e, 6f, 6g, 6h, 6i, 6j, 6k, 6l, 6m, 6n and 6o are inseparably attached using glue, made of natural stone, brick, marble or wood, 0.5 to 3 cm thick.

Support D, Figures 1 and 2, is made from the front in the shape of a rectangle whose shorter sides, at right angles, continue into the lateral rectangular surfaces 3.

On the rectangular surface of the support D, along the shorter sides, narrow surfaces 2' are made, which transition into raised surfaces 2, which are recessed and form a central surface 1.

Bracket D, Figures 1-5, in which a rectangular opening 4 is made in the middle of the central surface 1. Thin profiled plates 6a, made in the shape of the Latin letter "L", are alternately and in rows inseparably bonded on the side surfaces 3 and narrow surfaces 2', using glue. Thin profiled plates 6b, 6s, made in the shape of the Latin letter "L", of different sizes, are alternately and in rows inseparably bonded on the surfaces 2. A cover 5 is attached to the back of the bracket D, using screws. Openings are made on the cover 5 for hanging the bracket D on the wall. The bracket D is closed on the bottom with a cover 7, on the ends of which raised parts 8 are made, so that the raised parts 8 are inserted into the cavities of the bracket D.

The support S, Figures 1-5, is designed like the support D, while in the central part there is a recess 9, rectangular in shape, on which sliding doors 10 are placed, which are driven by electric motors placed on the back of the support S. Thin profiled plates 6j, 6k, designed in the shape of rectangles of different sizes, are alternately and in rows inseparably connected to the movable doors 10, using glue. A cover 5 is attached to the back of the support S, using screws. On the cover 5 there are holes for hanging the support S on the wall. On the support D, at the ends of its upper side, raised parts 8' are made, which are inserted into the cavities of the support S.

The support B, Figures 1-5, is designed as supports D, S, while in the central part there is a protrusion 11 in the form of a rectangular quadrilateral prism that continues into a semicircular part ll', while in the central part, parallel to the contours of the protrusion 11, an opening 11 is designed. On the horizontal surface of the protrusion 11, thin profiled plates 6d, designed in the form of the Latin letter "L", are inseparably connected using glue, while at the end on the left side a thin profiled plate 6f is inseparably connected, and on the right side a thin profiled plate 6g is inseparably connected using glue, so that the plate 6f is designed in the form of half a hollow quadrilateral prism, and the plate 6g is designed in the form of a full quadrilateral prism. On the vertical surfaces of the protrusion 11 and on the surface of the semicircular part 11' Thin profiled tiles 6e are inseparably bonded, using glue, made in the shape of the Cyrillic letter "P". On the rectangular surface of the opening 11" are alternately bonded in rows tiles 6h, 6i, using glue, while in the semicircular surface of the opening 11" are inseparably bonded tiles 6m, 61, using glue, made in the shape of a rectangle with one arched side of different sizes, and above them are inseparably bonded tiles 6n, 6o, using glue, made in the shape of a right triangle with an arched hypotenuse of different sizes. A cover 5 is attached to the back of the support V, using screws. On the cover 5, holes are made for hanging the support V to the wall. On the support S, at the ends of its upper side, raised parts 8'' are made that are inserted into the cavities of the support V. At the ends of the upper On the sides of the support V, raised parts 8''' are made which are inserted into the cavities of the upper cover 7'.

On the surfaces of the supports B, C, D and on the inner surfaces of the thin profiled tiles 6a, 6b, 6s, 6d, 6e, 6f, 6g, 6h, 6i, 6j, 6k, 6l, 6m, 6n, 6o, openings 12 are made for air circulation and for easier attachment of the tiles to the support. Electrical installations, batteries or mechanisms are placed in the cavities on the inner side of the supports B, C, D. The covers 5 are coated with a protective coating in order to protect the wall.

Figures b to 15 show possible ways of making a decorative element. Figures 6 and 7 show a decorative element with a support made in the form of a four-sided concave prism ending in a semicircular part, so that the plates 6e are inseparably connected on the convex surfaces, while the plates 6i, 6h are inseparably connected alternately and in rows on the concave surface, and on the semicircular surface the plates 6l, 6m are inseparably connected in a row and above them the plates 6n, 6o.

Figures 8 and 9 show a decorative element with a support made in the shape of a wheel, so that thin profiled tiles 6e are inseparably bonded on the surface of the circular ring, using glue, and in the middle of the bottom, tiles 6h and 6i are horizontally bonded, using glue, while a row of tiles 6m, 6l is bonded above and below them, and a row of tiles 6n, 6o is bonded above and below them, using glue.

Figures 10 and 11 show a decorative element with a rectangular support with a central rectangular opening whose sides are parallel to the contours of the support, so that tiles 6e are attached to the long and short sides of the support, using glue, and a tile 6f is attached to the ends of the left long sides and a tile 6g is attached to the ends of the right sides, using glue. Tiles 6i are attached to the short sides of the opening along the entire length, and tiles 6h are attached to the long sides of the opening from the tiles 6i, using glue.

Figure 12 shows a decorative element with a support made in the shape of an elongated Cyrillic letter "P" to which horizontally placed tiles 6s, 6b are inseparably attached using glue. On the upper corners of the support, protruding parts 8 are made on which a cover is placed. Such a decorative element can be applied to columns.

Figure 13 shows a decorative element, with a support surface that is not limited in length and width, to which the tiles 6h are inseparably bonded, using glue, and a narrower side support surface to which horizontally arranged tiles 6a, 6d are bonded alternately, one above the other, using glue.

Figures 14, 15 show the appearance of the bracket where on the back side there are formed openings 13 for attaching the cover and formed tubular parts 14 for placing the electrical installation.

Decorative element A can be created when panels of natural stone, brick, marble or wood of appropriate surface are inseparably bonded to the segmental surfaces of the support.

Claims (7)

Patent claims 1. Decorative element (A) for the interior and exterior walls of a building, comprising a supporting structure A', made of metal or rubberized plastic, to which thin profiled tiles made of natural stone, brick, marble or wood are inseparably attached on the front side, while a cover (5) is firmly attached on the back side, to which a protective coating is inseparably attached and to which holders are attached, by means of screws, for hanging on the wall, characterized in that the supporting structure (A') is composed of an assembly of supports (B, S, D) connected by a solid and separable connection, in such a way that raised parts (8), made on the cover (7), are inserted into the cavity of the support (D), in that raised parts (8') are made on the upper side of the support (D) and inserted into the cavity of the support (C), that on the upper side of the support (S) are formed raised parts (8'') which are inserted into the cavity of the support (V), that on the upper side of the support are formed raised parts (8''') which are inserted into the cavity of the cover (7'), for closing the supporting structure (A'), and that on the front side of the support (V, S, D) are inseparably bonded thin profiled plates (6a, 6b, 6s, 6d, 6e, 6f, 6g, 6h, 6i, 6j, 6k, 6l, 6m, 6n, 6o), using glue. 2. Decorative element (A), according to claim 1, characterized in that the supports (V, S, D) are made in the form of a thin hollow body, the side sides of which are rectangular surfaces (3), which at an angle of 90°, continue into narrower flat rectangular surfaces (2') which at an angle of 90° continue into raised rectangular surfaces (2) which are recessed at an angle of 90° and form a flat rectangular central surface (1). 3. Decorative element (A), according to claim 1, 2, characterized in that a rectangular opening (4) is formed in the middle of the central surface (1) of the support (D), a rectangular recess (9) is formed in the middle of the central surface (1) of the support (C), on which a door (10) is slidably mounted, a protrusion (11) in the shape of a rectangular recessed four-sided prism is formed in the middle of the central surface (1) of the support (C) which continues into a protrusion (11') of semicircular shape, while an opening (11") is formed in the central part of the protrusion (11, 11'), parallel to its contours. 4. Decorative element (A), according to claim 1, 2, 3, characterized in that the supports (B, S, D) have tiles inseparably bonded to the surface (3, 2') (6a), by means of glue, which are alternately and in rows inseparably connected tiles (6b, 6s) on the raised surfaces (2), by means of glue, which are alternately and in rows inseparably connected tiles (6j, 6k) on the doors (10), by means of glue, which are inseparably connected tiles (6d) on the horizontal part of the protrusion (11), at the left end of the horizontal protrusion (11) a tile (6f) is inseparably connected, and at the right end of the tiles (6g), by means of glue, which are inseparably connected tiles (6e) on the verticals of the protrusion (11) and the semicircular protrusion (11'), by means of glue, which are alternately and in rows inseparably connected tiles (6i, 6h) in the rectangular part of the opening (11"), and in the semicircular part of the opening (11") inseparably connected in in a row of tiles (6l, 6m) and above them tiles (6n, 6o), and in which tiles (6h, 6i) are alternately and in rows inseparably bonded together on the central surfaces (1), using glue. 5. Decorative element (A), according to claim 1, 4, characterized in that the thin profiled tiles (6a, 6b, 6s, 6d, 6e, 6f, 6g, 6h, 6i, 6j, 6k, 6l, 6m, 6n, 6o) are 0.5 to 3 cm thick. 6.
