Description
Opis
[0001] Predmetni pronalazak odnosi se na postupak za izradu poklopca konzerve od kompozitnog materijala, koji obuhvata najmanje jedan deo od metalnog lima, naročito deo od aluminijuma ili belog lima, i najmanje jedan plastični deo, naročito od polipropilena ili polietilen tereftalata.
[0002] Poklopci za konzerve pića obično imaju oblast za otvaranje, koja je od ostatka poklopca odvojena linijom oslabljene čvrstoće i koja se pomoću dela za otkidanje može pomeriti iz ravni poklopca kako bi se konzerva otvorila. Deo za otvaranje može se pri tome uvući u unutrašnjost konzerve ili se podići nagore. Poznati su i poklopci za konzerve koji se mogu ponovo zatvarati, kod kojih je zaptivni rub od plastičnog materijala, koji je povezan sa čvrstim delom poklopca i okružuje oblast otvaranja, povezan sa metalnom oblašću poklopca, koja okružuje oblast za otvaranje. Sa zaptivnim rubom u sadejstvu je jedinica za zatvaranje, koja je povezana sa zakretnim metalnim delom za otvaranje poklopca konzerve. Zaptivn rub i jedinica za zatvaranje su po mogućstvu izrađeni od plastike, dok je poklopac konzerve izrađen od aluminijuma ili belog lima. Slični poklopci koriste se i za konzerve za hranu. Takođe je poznato da se umesto linije oslabljene čvrstoće može predvideti mikro zazor između dela za otvaranje i čvrste oblasti poklopca. U tom slučaju, unutrašnja strana poklopca konzerve je laminirana plastičnom folijom kako bi se mikro zazor zaptivno prekrio. Prilikom otvaranja poklopca plastična folija se takođe cepa zbog čega plastična folija takođe može imati liniju oslabljenja.
[0003] Iz DE 2032928 A1 poznat je postupak za prethodnu obradu metalnih predmeta, pri kojem se deo za otvaranje i zatvaranje od polipropilenskog polimera spaja sa metalnim krajem posude induktivnim zagrevanjem. US 4,397,401 A se odnosi na zatvarač posude, koji se lako otvara, i postupak njegove izrade, pri čemu je otvor na metalnom poklopcu posude opremljen zaštitom za ivice od plastike. Spajanje zaštite za ivice sa poklopcem vrši se toplim lepljenjem uz upotrebu visokofrekventnog indukcionog zagrevanja. JP 2002179061 A opisuje laminirani poklopac od metala i plastike, pri čemu se plastični i metalni materijal spajaju induktivnim zagrevanjem između dva valjka za laminaciju.
[0004] JP H05104635A otkriva spajanje sloja polipropilena sa višeslojnim laminatom od aluminijumske folije i polipropilenskog filma u kalupu.
[0005] Cilj pronalaska je da se obezbedi postupak za izradu takvog poklopca konzerve koji je što jednostavniji i ekonomičniji.
[0006] Taj cilj se postiže postupkom sa karakteristikama iz zahteva 1, a naročito time što se plastični deo i deo od metalnog lima spajaju pritiskanjem i induktivnim zagrevanjem.
[0007] Induktivnim zagrevanjem plastični deo se topi i time se materijalom povezuje sa delom od metalnog lima. Prednost induktivnog zagrevanja je u tome što se direktno zagreva isključivo deo od metalnog lima jer se indukcijom vrtložne struje stvaraju samo u metalu. Plastični deo se nasuprot tome zagreva posredno, preko metalnog dela, pri čemu se topi naročito ona strana plastičnog dela, koja dodiruje deo od metalnog lima.
[0008] Poželjno je da se deo od metalnog lima i/ili plastični deo pre spajanja obloži sredstvom za prianjanje. Time se može povećati čvrstoća spoja.
[0009] Sredstvo za prianjanje sadrži poželjno istu plastiku kao i deo od plastike, koji se spaja sa metalnim limom. Ovim se postiže naročito dobro prianjanje, a time i naročito čvrst spoj.
[0010] Prema pronalasku gotov oblikovani element poklopca konzerve od metalnog lima se spaja sa plastičnom folijom prilagođenog oblika, naročito termoformiranom plastičnom folijom. Time se takođe postiže vrlo čvrst spoj. Pri tom se spoj može proizvesti uz relativno mali utrošak energije, jer nije potrebna dodatna deformacija plastičnog dela prilikom spajanja.
[0011] Za izradu poklopca konzerve, koji se može ponovo zatvoriti, prema pronalasku se element poklopca sa jedne strane spaja sa plastičnom folijom, a sa druge strane sa elementom za zatvaranje, koji pokriva oblast otvora poklopca, pri čemu se element za zatvaranje sastoji od zaptivnog ruba i zakretne jedinice za zatvaranje, pri čemu se element za zatvaranje sastoji pre svega od brizganjem izlivene plastike, naročito od polipropilena ili polietilentereftalata. Oba postupka spajanja se vrše u jednom radnom koraku. Time je postupak naročito brz i jednostavan. Takođe se štedi energija jer je potrebno samo jedno zagrevanje dela poklopca od metalnog lima.
[0012] Prema pоželjnom izvođenju pronalaska, za postupak spajanja koristi se presa, sa gornjim i donjim alatom, kao i šupljim vodom za dovođenje elektromagnetnog izmeničnog polja u oblast poklopca konzerve radi njegovog induktivnog zagrevanja, pri čemu gornji alat ima oblik recipročne forme jedne strane poklopca, a donji alat druge strane poklopca. Takvim uređajem može se postići naročito dobar spoj. Preko prese se delovi koji se spajaju pritisnu jedan uz drugi tako da budu u tesnom kontaktu. Putem šupljeg voda, elektromagnetno izmenično polje se dovodi u oblast poklopca i zagreva metalni limeni deo, čija toplota zatim izaziva topljenje plastike, koja dodiruje deo od metalnog lima.
[0013] Naročito poželjno, šuplji vod ima više prstenastih, odnosno spiralnih odeljaka, koji su postavljeni naspram oblasti spajanja poklopca, naročito jedan prstenasti deo u rubnoj oblasti poklopca kao i spiralnu oblast sa dva, tri ili više namotaja u srednjem delu poklopca. Ovo izvođenje omogućava povoljno zagrevanje dela od metalnog lima, naročito u kritičnom rubnoj oblasti pomoću posebne prstenaste oblasti dela šupljeg voda.
[0014] Prema još jednom poželjnom izvođenju pronalaska, alat na stranama šupljeg voda je izrađen od oblikovno stabilnog materijala, naročito plastike, dok je alat sa suprotne strane izrađen od elastičnog materijala, naročito elastomera. Oblikovno stabilan materijal na strani šupljeg voda štiti ga od sila koje se javljaju. Sa druge strane, elastični materijal na suprotnoj strani, omogućava kompenzaciju proizvodnih tolerancija, tako da zbog njih prilikom pritiskanja delova ne dolazi do prevelikih sila.
[0015] Poželjno se oblikovno stabilan alat dodeljuje plastičnoj foliji. Takođe može biti opremljen rebrima za uvođenje oslabljene linije u plastičnu foliju tokom procesa spajanja. Time se može uštedeti jedan radni korak pri izradi poklopca konzerve.
[0016] Prema takođe jednom poželjnom izvođenju pronalaska, delovi koji se spajaju se tokom procesa drže zajedno pomoću vakuuma. Time se omogućava precizno spajanje. Takođe, obezbeđuje se povoljno izduvavanje koje sprečava stvaranje mehurića vazduha između plastičnog materijala i dela od metalnog lima. Kod poklopaca sa mikro zazorom između otvarajućeg dela i fiksnog dela poklopca izduvavanje može delovati s obe strane.
[0017] Pre svega za izradu poklopaca bez mikro zazora, korisno je da barem jedan od alata ima udubljenja radi stvaranja slobodnih prostora za prijem eventualno zarobljenog vazduha. Takva udubljenja se mogu postaviti u oblastima gde zarobljeni mehurići vazduha ne smetaju, na primer u srednjoj oblasti poklopca, na dovoljnom rastojanju od ruba poklopca i oblasti otvaranja.
[0018] Prema još jednom izvođenju pronalaska koristi se rotacioni sto radi dovođenja pojedinačnih delova poklopca za postupak spajanja. Time se može poželjno opremiti presa, koja se koristi prilikom spajanja.
[0019] Prema jednom poželjnom daljem izvođenju, rotacioni sto poseduje vakuumsko snabdevanje za najmanje jednu stanicu za punjenje, pri čemu se vakuumsko snabdevanje pojedinačnih stanica odvija preko ventila koji se pokreću pomoću rotacionog razvodnika. Ovo je naročito korisno u pogledu raspodele vakuuma.

[0021] Na sl.1 prikazana presa 1 obuhvata donje postolje 2 i u odnosu na njega pomerljivi gornji deo 3 prese kao i vodeće cilindre 4 za vođenje gornjeg dela 3 prese prilikom otvaranja i zatvaranja prese. Na gornjoj strani donjeg postolja 2 je predviđen gornji alat 5, a na donjoj strani gornjeg dela 3 prese gornji alat 6. Donji alat 5 se sastoji od elastomera i poseduje šupljinu 7 za prihvat zatvaračkog elementa 18 (videti sl.6) poklopca 9 konzerve. Osim toga, donji alat 5 je oblikovan u skladu sa oblikom gornje strane poklopca 9 konzerve. Gornji alat 6 je izrađen od oblikovno stabilne plastike i oblikovan je prema donjoj strani poklopca 9 konzerve.
[0022] U oblasti prese je postavljen induktor 10. Šuplji vodovi 11 za dovođenje elektromagnetnog naizmeničnog polja vode se od induktora 10 do oblasti gornjeg alata 6. Kao što se posebno vidi na sl.3 do 5, šuplji vodovi, posebno od bakra, oblikovani su u spoljašnji prsten 12 i spiralni deo 13 sa više namotaja unutar prstena. Kao što se posebno vidi na sl.2, spoljašnji prsten 12 i spirala 13 su postavljeni iznad gornjeg alata 6. Oni se tako nalaze nasuprot površini poklopca 9 konzerve, koja treba da se spoji. Bakarni šuplji vodovi 11 su pre svega ohlađeni vodom.
[0023] Poklopac 9 konzerve prikazan na slikama 6 do 9 obuhvata osnovno telo 14 od metalnog lima, naročito aluminijuma ili belog lima. Osnovno telo 14 obuhvata čvrstu metalnu oblast 15 poklopca i deo 16 za otvaranje koji se može zakrenuti nagore radi oslobađanja oblasti 8 otvora. Kao što se posebno vidi na sl. 8 i 9, donja strana poklopca 9 konzerve je laminirana plastičnom folijom 17. Na gornjoj strani poklopca 9 konzerve se, nasuprot tome, nalazi zatvarački element 18, koji se sastoji od zaptivnog ruba 19 i zatvarajuće jedinice 20. Zaptivni rub 19 je povezan sa čvrstom oblašću 15 poklopca, a zatvarajuća jedinica 20 sa nagore zakretnim delom 16 za otvaranje.
[0024] Za proizvodnju poklopca 9 konzerve prikazanog na slikama 6 do 9, može se koristiti pronalaskom predviđeni postupak pomoću uređaja prikazanog na slikama 1 do 5. U tu svrhu se zatvarački element 18, koji je naročito izrađen u jednom komadu dubokim izvlačenjem, polaže u donji alat 5 tako da strana okrenuta prema poklopcu 9 konzerve gleda nagore. Na zatvarački element 18 se postavlja osnovno telo 14, koje je prethodno opremljeno plastičnom folijom 17 na svojoj donjoj strani. Zatim se presa 1 zatvara i uključuje se indukciono grejanje 10.
[0025] Dovedenom energijom se zagreva metalno osnovno telo 14, tako što se u njemu stvaraju elektromagnetne vrtložne struje. Zagrejano osnovno telo 14 zagreva plastičnu foliju 17 i zatvarački element 18, koji se time tope. Na taj način se ostvaruje plastični zavareni spoj između metalnog osnovnog tela 14 i plastične folije 17, s jedne strane, i zatvaračkog elementa 18 sa druge strane, pri čemu se za poboljšanje plastičnog zavarenog spoja prednost daje upotrebi sredstva za prianjanje. Sredstvo za prianjanje može sadržati istu plastiku koja se koristi za plastičnu foliju 17 odn. zatvarački element 18. To može biti naročito polipropilen ili politereftalat.
[0026] Gornji alat 6 može takođe imati rebra, koja se ovde ne mogu videti, pomoću kojih se tokom procesa pritiskanja i spajanja u plastičnoj foliji 17 formira linija oslabljene čvrstoće. Pored toga, u gornjem alatu 6 mogu biti predviđena udubljenja za formiranje slobodnih prostora između plastične folije 17 i metalnog osnovnog tela 14. Na taj način se vazduh koji ostane zarobljen može sakupiti u unapred određenim oblastima poklopca 9 konzerve, naročito u oblastima u kojima mehurići vazduha ne smetaju, kao što je na primer oblast između ruba poklopca konzerve i njegove oblasti 8 otvora. Dodatno ili alternativno, presa 1 može biti opremljena vakuumskim snabdevanjem, koje sa jedne strane delove koji se spajaju drži u zajedno, a sa druge strane može barem u većoj meri sprečiti zarobljavanje vazduha. Kod poklopaca konzervi sa mikro zazorom između čvrste oblasti 15 poklopca i zakretnog dela za otvaranje 16 ovo važi za obe strane poklopca.
[0027] Za opremanje prese 1 može biti predviđen rotacioni sto sa više stanica za sklapanje pojedinačnih delova poklopca konzerve. Umesto rotacionog stola može se predvideti i linearni sistem dovođenja za presu 1.
[0028] Nakon uspešnog zavarivanja plastične folije 17 i zatvaračkog elementa 18 sa metalnim osnovnim telom 14, presa se otvara i gotov poklopac 9 konzerve se vadi.

Claims (14)
1. Postupak za izradu poklopca (9) konzerve od kompozitnog materijala, koji obuhvata najmanje jedan deo od metalnog lima (14), naročito deo od aluminijuma ili belog lima, i najmanje jedan plastični deo (17, 18), naročito od polipropilena ili polietilentereftalata, pri čemu se plastični deo (17, 18) i deo od metalnog lima (14) spajaju pritiskanjem i induktivnim zagrevanjem,naznačen time što se gotov oblikovani deo (14) poklopca konzerve od metalnog lima spaja sa plastičnom folijom (17) prilagođenog oblika, pri čemu je deo (14) poklopca konzerve sa jedne strane spojen sa plastičnom folijom (17), a sa druge strane sa zatvaračkim elementom (18) od plastike, koji prekriva oblast (8) otvora (9) poklopca konzerve i pri čemu se oba postupka spajanja odvijaju u jednom radnom koraku.
2. Postupak prema zahtevu 1, naznačen time što se deo (14) od metalnog lima i/ili plastični deo (17, 18) pre spajanja oblažu sredstvom za prianjanje.
3. Postupak prema zahtevu 2, naznačen time što sredstvo za prianjanje sadrži istu plastiku kao plastični deo (17, 18) koji se povezuje sa delom (14) od metalnog lima.
4. Postupak prema jednom od prethodnih zahteva, naznačen time što se deo (14) poklopca konzerve spaja sa termoformiranom plastičnom folijom.
5. Postupak prema jednom od prethodnih zahteva, naznačen time, što se deo (14) poklopca konzerve spaja sa zatvaračkim elementom (18) od plastike izlivene brizganjem, naročito od polipropilena ili polietilentereftalata.
6. Postupak prema jednom od prethodnih zahteva, naznačen time što se za postupak spajanja koristi presa (1), sa gornjim alatom (6) i donjim alatom (5) kao i šupljim vodom (11) za dovođenje elektromagnetnog naizmeničnog polja u oblast poklopca (9) konzerve za njegovo induktivno zagrevanje, pri čemu gornji alat (6) ima oblik komplementaran jednoj strani poklopca (9) konzerve, a donji alat ima oblik recipročan drugoj strani poklopca (9) konzerve.

Postupak prema zahtevu 6, naznačen time što šuplji vod (11) obuhvata deo koji se nalazi naspram oblasti prihvata poklopca (9) konzerve, koji se spaja, naročito prstenasti deo (12) u ivicama poklopca konzerve (9) i unutar tog prstenastog dela (12) smešten spiralni deo (13) sa dva, tri ili više namotaja u srednjem delu poklopca konzerve (9).
8. Postupak prema zahtevu 7, naznačen time što se alat (6), koji se nalazi na stranama šupljeg voda (11) sastoji od oblikovno stabilnog materijala, pre svega plastike, a naspramni alat (5) od elastičnog materijala, pre svega elastomera.
9. Postupak prema zahtevu 8 , naznačen time što je oblikovno stabilni alat (6) dodeljen plastičnoj foliji (17).
10. Postupak prema zahtevu 9, naznačen time što alat (6) dodeljen plastičnoj foliji (17) ima rebra za unošenje oslabljene linije čvrstoće u plastičnu foliju (17) tokom procesa spajanja.
11. Postupak prema jednom od prethodnih zahteva naznačen time što najmanje jedan od alata (5, 6) obuhvata udubljenja za stvaranje slobodnih prostora za prihvat eventualno zarobljenog vazduha.
12. Postupak prema jednom od prethodnih zahteva, naznačen time što se delovi (14, 17, 18) koji se spajaju tokom procesa spajanje drže zajedno putem vakuuma.
