Kod postojećih mašina savijanje profila se vrši iz jednog prolaza što se negativno odražava na kvalitet, jer unutrašnje sile koje teže da vrate profil u prvobitni položaj su mnogo veće u odnosu na predloženo rešenje kod koga se savijanje odvija iz više prolaza, jer se proces savijanja postepeno odvija uz kontinualno zagrevanje fenovima sa vrelim vazduhom. Nedostatak poznatih mašina je i u tome što su ograničeni dužinom profila do 3 m, dok se kod novog rešenja mogu savijati i profili dužine do 6.5 m, pri čemu se mogu savijati i profili sa umetnutim čeličnim ojačavanjem koje je potrebno za održavanje čvrstine PVC profila koji se koriste za izradu vrata, prozora i drugih proizvoda. To je ostvareno pomoću tri plastična profilisana valjka, pogonjena sa dva motoreduktora. Dva valjka su fiksna i okretna, dok je treći valjak takođe okretan u oba smera oko osovine, ali je istovremeno preko navojnog vretena tj. špingle povezane sa pokretnom pločom pokretan pravolinijski napred-nazad i svojim postepenim pomeranjem ka profilu vrši postepeno savijanje u saradnji sa dva fiksna okretna valjka. Predmetni pronalazak se odnosi na mašinu za savijanje aluminijumskih i PVC profila, kao i PVC profila sa umetnutim čeličnim ojačanjem. Kompaktne je celine i sastoji se od postolja 10 na kome su konstruktivno i funkcionalno postavljeni i povezani pogonski, radni i pomoćni uređaji i njihovi elementi, kao i upravljački i kontrolni sistem. Motoreduktor 7, postavljen vertikalno u unutrašnjem delu postolja 10, preko osovine je povezan sa spregnutim zupčanicima 8,19 uležištenim u ležajevima u kućištu 18 i služi za okretanje u oba smera dva fiksna plastična profilisana valjka 1 na čijim gornjim krajevima se nalaze metalne podloške 3 koje pomoću navrtke 4 stežu profil 23 u plastičnom alatu 24. Pogon motoreduktora 7 se ostvaruje pritiskom na tastere 13 i 15 . Motoreduktor 21 postavljen je horizontalno na postolju 10 i povezan je navojnim vretenom (zvano špingla) sa pokretnom pločom 17 na kojoj se na prednjem delu nalazi navrtka 16 dok je zadnji deo povezan sa kućištem 20 sa ležajevima u kojima se obrće osovina sa uglavljenim okretnim plastičnim profilisanim valjkom 2. Pritiskom na tastere 12 i 14 pogoni se motoreduktor 21 koji preko navojnog vretena 9 pravolinijski napred-nazad pomera pokretnu ploču prema profilu 23 i ujedno u oba smera omogućava okretanje valjka 2. Na valjku 2 se nalazi čelična podloška 6 i navrtkc 5 za stezanje profila 23 u plastičnom alatu 22. Na postolju 10 mašine postavljeni su, u zavisnosti od veličine i kapaciteta, dva ili tri fena 11 za vreli vazduh koje služe za grejanje PVC profila u cilju njihovog omekšavanja za lakše savijanje. Kod savijanja aluminijumskih profila ne koriste se fenovi 11 za vreli vazduh. The motor reducer 21 is placed horizontally on the base 10 and is connected by a threaded spindle (called a spindle) to the moving plate 17, on which there is a nut 16 on the front part, while the rear part is connected to the housing 20 with bearings in which the shaft rotates with a wedged rotating plastic profiled roller 2. By pressing the buttons 12 and 14, the motor reducer 21 is driven, which via of the threaded spindle 9 rectilinearly moves the movable plate back and forth towards the profile 23 and at the same time enables rotation of the roller 2 in both directions. On the roller 2 there is a steel washer 6 and a nut 5 for tightening the profile 23 in the plastic tool 22. On the base 10 of the machine, two or three hot air dryers 11 are placed, depending on the size and capacity, which are used to heat the PVC profiles in order to soften them for easier bending. When bending aluminum profiles, hair dryers 11 for hot air are not used.
Funkcionisanje mašine i postupak savijanja je veoma jednostavan i započinje pripremom odgovarajućeg profila koja se sastoji od proračuna dužina zona savijanja i veličine luka savijanja koje određuju i samu dužinu profila. Nakon toga profil 23 se puni kvarcnim peskom 25 koji se obezbeđuje od ispadanja postavljanjem čepova na oba kraja profila 23 i postavlja se na gornju površinu postolja 10 između dva plastična profilisana valjka 1 i plastičnog profilisanog valjka 2 i učvršćuje se stezanjem podloškom 3 i navrtkom 4 na plastičnom alatu 24, odnosno podloškom 6 i navrtkom 5 na plastičnom alatu 22. Temperatura vrelog vazduha koji se usmerava ka profilu 23 iznosi do 150 °C, što je dovoljno da se profil 23 omekša, a da se ne deformiše. Motoreduktor 7 preko sprega zupčanika 8, 19 pokreće i okreće dva valjka 1 brzinom od 20-30 °/min, a istovremeno motoreduktor 21 preko navojnog vretena 9 postepeno pokreće pravolinijski pokretnu ploču 17 sa valjkom 2 prema profilu 23 brzinom 0.8 do 1 mm/sec i tako počinje savijanje koje traje dok se ne dobije odgovarajući luk. Bending profile 23 starts by starting motor-reducer 7 by pressing buttons 13 and 15 and by starting motor-reductor 21 by pressing buttons 12 and 14 while simultaneously turning on fans 11 for hot air that are at a distance of 80 to 150 mm from profile 23, depending on the diameter of the arc being bent. The temperature of the hot air directed towards the profile 23 is up to 150 °C, which is enough to soften the profile 23 without deforming it. The motor reducer 7 via the gear coupling 8, 19 drives and rotates the two rollers 1 at a speed of 20-30 °/min, and at the same time the motor reducer 21 via the threaded spindle 9 gradually moves the rectilinear moving plate 17 with the roller 2 towards the profile 23 at a speed of 0.8 to 1 mm/sec and thus the bending begins, which lasts until a suitable arc is obtained. The bent profile 23 is removed from the machine and cooled to room temperature, after which the sand 25 is thrown out, and the profile is cleaned and wiped and stored on appropriate shelves. The procedure for bending aluminum profiles on the machine is exactly the same as for bending PVC profiles, with the exception that hair dryers 11 for hot air are not used.
