Claims (13)
1. Гипсовая панель, содержащая гипсовую сердцевину, имеющую плоскую первую лицевую поверхность и плоскую вторую лицевую поверхность, волокнистый облицовочный материал, прикрепленный, по меньшей мере, к первой лицевой поверхности; и радиационно-отвержденное покрытие из радиационно-отверждаемой композиции на волокнистом облицовочном материале.
2. Гипсовая панель по п.1, в которой волокнистый облицовочный материал представляет собой облицовочный материал в виде многослойной бумаги.
3. Гипсовая панель по п.1, в которой волокнистый облицовочный материал представляет собой нетканый мат из минеральных волокон.
4. Гипсовая панель по п.3, в которой волокнистый облицовочный материал представляет собой облицовочный материал в виде однослойного стекловолокнистого мата.
5. Гипсовая панель по п.1, в которой волокнистый облицовочный материал представляет собой тканый либо нетканый мат из синтетических волокон.
6. Гипсовая панель по п.1, в которой волокнистый облицовочный материал представляет собой смесь минеральных волокон и синтетических волокон.
7. Гипсовая панель по одному из пп.3-6, в которой волокнистый облицовочный материал имеет высушенное покрытие из смеси на водной основе наполнителя и связующего.
8. Гипсовая панель по п.1, в которой гипсовая сердцевина включает добавку, придающую водостойкость, в количестве, достаточном для улучшения характеристик водостойкости сердцевины.
9. Гипсовая панель по п.8, в которой добавка, придающая водостойкость, содержит, по меньшей мере, один компонент, выбранный из эмульсии воска, органополисилоксана и силиконата.
10. Гипсовая панель по п.9, в которой гипсовая сердцевина по существу выполнена без крахмала.
11. Гипсовая панель по п.1, которая включает материал заполнителя, прикрепленный к радиационно-отвержденному покрытию.
12. Гипсовая панель по п.8, в которой материал заполнителя выбран из керамических микросфер, стеклянных микросфер, карбоната кальция, песка, оксида алюминия, дробленого камня, стекловолокна, гипса и перлита.
13. Гипсовая панель по п.1, в которой гипсовая сердцевина включает, по меньшей мере, один компонент, выбранный из эмульсии воска, органополисилоксана и силиконата, в количестве, достаточном для улучшения характеристик водостойкости сердцевины; гипсовая сердцевина по существу выполнена без крахмала, а облицовочный материал в виде волокнистого мата содержит стекловолокно.
