Abstract
1. Контейнер для пищевого продукта или напитка, содержащий металлический субстрат, при этом по меньшей мере на часть металлического субстрата нанесено покрытие, изготовленное из композиции, содержащей: ! систему смолы, содержащую карбоксильные группы, гидроксильные группы или их комбинации; ! сшивающий агент, выбранный из группы, состоящей из фенольного сшивающего агента, аминсодержащего сшивающего агента и их комбинаций; и ! катализатор, выбранный из группы, состоящей из титансодержащего катализатора, цирконийсодержащего катализатора и их комбинаций; ! при этом композиция, по существу, свободна от бисфенола А. ! 2. Контейнер по п.1, отличающийся тем, что система смолы является водорастворимой или вододиспергируемой системой. ! 3. Контейнер по п.2, отличающийся тем, что система смолы содержит полиэфирную смолу, акрилатную смолу, привитую полиэфир-акрилатную смолу или их комбинации. ! 4. Контейнер по п.1, отличающийся тем, что сшивающий агент включает фенольный сшивающ агент, имеющий среднемассовый молекулярный вес от 800 до 8000. ! 5. Контейнер по п.1, отличающийся тем, что сшивающий агент содержит фенольный сшивающий агент, который представляет собой продукт реакции компонентов, включающих фенольное соединение, выбранное из группы, состоящей из фенола, крезола, п-фенилфенола, п-трет-бутилфенола, п-трет-амилфенола, циклопентилфенола, крезиловой кислоты и их комбинаций. ! 6. Контейнер по п.1, отличающийся тем, что сшивающий агент содержит аминсодержащий сшивающий агент, который представляет собой аминопласт, выбранный из группы, состоящей из бензогуанамин-формальдегидных смол, меламин-формальдегидных смол, эстерифицир�
Claims (15)
1. Контейнер для пищевого продукта или напитка, содержащий металлический субстрат, при этом по меньшей мере на часть металлического субстрата нанесено покрытие, изготовленное из композиции, содержащей:
систему смолы, содержащую карбоксильные группы, гидроксильные группы или их комбинации;
сшивающий агент, выбранный из группы, состоящей из фенольного сшивающего агента, аминсодержащего сшивающего агента и их комбинаций; и
катализатор, выбранный из группы, состоящей из титансодержащего катализатора, цирконийсодержащего катализатора и их комбинаций;
при этом композиция, по существу, свободна от бисфенола А.
2. Контейнер по п.1, отличающийся тем, что система смолы является водорастворимой или вододиспергируемой системой.
3. Контейнер по п.2, отличающийся тем, что система смолы содержит полиэфирную смолу, акрилатную смолу, привитую полиэфир-акрилатную смолу или их комбинации.
4. Контейнер по п.1, отличающийся тем, что сшивающий агент включает фенольный сшивающ агент, имеющий среднемассовый молекулярный вес от 800 до 8000.
5. Контейнер по п.1, отличающийся тем, что сшивающий агент содержит фенольный сшивающий агент, который представляет собой продукт реакции компонентов, включающих фенольное соединение, выбранное из группы, состоящей из фенола, крезола, п-фенилфенола, п-трет-бутилфенола, п-трет-амилфенола, циклопентилфенола, крезиловой кислоты и их комбинаций.
6. Контейнер по п.1, отличающийся тем, что сшивающий агент содержит аминсодержащий сшивающий агент, который представляет собой аминопласт, выбранный из группы, состоящей из бензогуанамин-формальдегидных смол, меламин-формальдегидных смол, эстерифицированных меламин-формальдегидных смол, гликолурил-формальдегидных смол, мочевино-формальдегидных смол и их комбинаций.
7. Контейнер по п.1, отличающийся тем, что катализатор представляет собой титансодержащий катализатор, выбранный из группы, состоящей из ацетилацетоната титана, тетраалкилтитанатов, изопропилортотитаната, водорастворимых хелатных солей титана, триэтаноламиновых хелатов титана, тетратриэтаноламиновых хелатов титана, диаммонийдигидроксибис[лактато(2-)-O1O2]титаната(2-) и их комбинаций.
8. Контейнер по п.7, отличающийся тем, что титансодержащий катализатор представляет собой диаммонийдигидроксибис[лактато(2-)-O1O2]титанат(2-).
9. Контейнер по п.1, отличающийся тем, что система смолы дополнительно содержит оксирановые группы.
10. Контейнер по п.1, отличающийся тем, что катализатор представляет собой цирконийсодержащий катализатор, выбранный из группы, состоящей из пропионата циркония, ацетата циркония, аммонийцирконилкарбоната, цирконат(2)-бис[карбонато(2)-O]дигидроксидиаммония, хелатных солей циркония, лактата натрия-циркония, гликолята натрия-циркония, тетракис[[2,2′,2′′-нитрилотрис(этанолато)](1-)-N,O]циркония и их комбинаций.
11. Контейнер для пищевого продукта или напитка, содержащий металлический субстрат, при этом по меньшей мере на часть металлического субстрата нанесено покрытие, изготовленное из композиции, содержащей:
систему смолы, содержащую полиэфирную смолу и акрилатную смолу;
сшивающий агент, выбранный из группы, состоящей из фенольного сшивающего агента, аминсодержащего сшивающего агента и их комбинаций; и
катализатор, выбранный из группы, состоящей из титансодержащего катализатора, цирконийсодержащего катализатора и их комбинаций.
12. Контейнер по п.11, отличающийся тем, что катализатор представляет собой титансодержащий катализатор, выбранный из группы, состоящей из ацетилацетоната титана, тетраалкилтитанатов, изопропилортотитаната, водорастворимых хелатных солей титана, триэтаноламиновых хелатов титана, тетратриэтаноламиновых хелатов титана, диаммонийдигидроксибис[лактато(2-)-O1O2]титаната(2-) и их комбинаций.
13. Способ нанесения покрытия на контейнер для пищевого продукта или напитка, содержащий этапы, на которых:
приготавливают композицию, содержащую:
систему смолы, содержащую карбоксильные группы, гидроксильные группы или их комбинации;
сшивающий агент, выбранный из группы, состоящей из фенольного сшивающего агента, аминсодержащего сшивающего агента и их комбинаций; и
катализатор, выбранный из группы, состоящей из титансодержащего катализатора, цирконийсодержащего катализатора и их комбинаций;
при этом композиция, по существу, свободна от бисфенола А; и
наносят композицию на металлический субстрат до или после формования из металлического субстрата контейнера для пищевого продукта или напитка или его части.
14. Способ по п.13, отличающийся тем, что нанесение композиции на металлический субстрат включает нанесение композиции на металлический субстрат в форме размотанного рулона или листа, отверждение композиции и формование из субстрата контейнера для пищевого продукта или напитка или его части.
15. Контейнер для пищевого продукта или напитка, содержащий металлический субстрат, при этом меньшей мере на часть металлического субстрата нанесено покрытие, изготовленное из композиции, содержащей:
систему смолы, содержащую оксирановые группы и, опционально, карбоксильные группы, гидроксильные группы или их комбинации;
сшивающий агент, выбранный из группы, состоящей из фенольного сшивающего агента, аминсодержащего сшивающего агента и их комбинаций; и
катализатор, выбранный из группы, состоящей из титансодержащего катализатора, цирконийсодержащего катализатора и их комбинаций.
