Abstract
1. Композиция для пассивации металлического субстрата, содержащая воду и следующие компоненты: ! растворенные фосфат-ионы, ! растворенные ионы трехвалентного хрома, ! растворенные ионы фторметаллата; и ! органический ингибитор, ! в которой массовое соотношение фосфат-ионов к ионам трехвалентного хрома варьирует от 0,10:1,0 до 7,5:1,0. ! 2. Композиция для пассивации по п.1, где смесь, по существу, не содержит шестивалентный хром и дополнительно включает гидроксиорганическую кислоту. ! 3. Композиция для пассивации по п.1, где ингибитор включает четвертичное соединение аммония. ! 4. Композиция для пассивации по п.1, где массовое соотношение фосфат-ионов к ионам трехвалентного хрома варьирует от 0,650:1,0 до 2,5:1,0. ! 5. Композиция для пассивации по п.3, где четвертичное соединение аммония включает, по меньшей мере, одно азотсодержащее кольцо с количеством атомов углерода в кольце от 5 до 14. ! 6. Композиция для пассивации по п.5, где азотсодержащее кольцо включает арилхинолина галогенид или гидроксид. ! 7. Композиция для пассивации по п.1, дополнительно содержащая растворенные свободные ионы фтора и: ! по меньшей мере одну первую добавку, выбранную из группы, состоящей из растворенного неорганического соединения металла, органической композиции, способную восстанавливать ионы шестивалентного хрома, если присутствует в растворе до получения смеси, до ионов трехвалентного хрома, и композицию для регулирования рН. ! 8. Композиция для пассивации по п.7, дополнительно включающая по меньшей мере одну вторую добавку, выбранную из группы, состоящей из ингибитора образования накипи, увлажняющего агента, пеногасителя и фторид-ионов. ! 9. Claims (14)
1. Композиция для пассивации металлического субстрата, содержащая воду и следующие компоненты:
растворенные фосфат-ионы,
растворенные ионы трехвалентного хрома,
растворенные ионы фторметаллата; и
органический ингибитор,
в которой массовое соотношение фосфат-ионов к ионам трехвалентного хрома варьирует от 0,10:1,0 до 7,5:1,0.
2. Композиция для пассивации по п.1, где смесь, по существу, не содержит шестивалентный хром и дополнительно включает гидроксиорганическую кислоту.
3. Композиция для пассивации по п.1, где ингибитор включает четвертичное соединение аммония.
4. Композиция для пассивации по п.1, где массовое соотношение фосфат-ионов к ионам трехвалентного хрома варьирует от 0,650:1,0 до 2,5:1,0.
5. Композиция для пассивации по п.3, где четвертичное соединение аммония включает, по меньшей мере, одно азотсодержащее кольцо с количеством атомов углерода в кольце от 5 до 14.
6. Композиция для пассивации по п.5, где азотсодержащее кольцо включает арилхинолина галогенид или гидроксид.
7. Композиция для пассивации по п.1, дополнительно содержащая растворенные свободные ионы фтора и:
по меньшей мере одну первую добавку, выбранную из группы, состоящей из растворенного неорганического соединения металла, органической композиции, способную восстанавливать ионы шестивалентного хрома, если присутствует в растворе до получения смеси, до ионов трехвалентного хрома, и композицию для регулирования рН.
8. Композиция для пассивации по п.7, дополнительно включающая по меньшей мере одну вторую добавку, выбранную из группы, состоящей из ингибитора образования накипи, увлажняющего агента, пеногасителя и фторид-ионов.
9. Композиция для пассивации по п.1, где:
ионы трехвалентного хрома присутствуют в композиции в количестве от 1 г/л до 75 г/л;
фосфат-ионы присутствуют в композиции в количестве от 2 г/л до 400 г/л;
ионы фторметаллата присутствуют в композиции в количестве от 0,5 г/л до 60 г/л; и
композиция имеет рН от 0,5 до 5,0.
10. Композиция для пассивации по п.9, где ингибитор включает четвертичное соединение аммония в количестве от 0,001 г/л до 2 г/л в композиции.
11. Изделие из металла с покрытием, включающее содержащий цинк металлический субстрат с покрытием, при этом покрытие включает высушенный продукт композиции для пассивации по любому из пп.1-10.
12. Способ получения пассивационного покрытия на металлическом субстрате, который включает:
приведение в контакт металлического субстрата с композицией для пассивации в течение времени и при температуре, достаточных для образования пассивационного покрытия на металлическом субстрате, при этом композиция для пассивации содержит воду и следующие компоненты:
растворенные фосфат-ионы,
растворенные ионы трехвалентного хрома,
растворенные ионы фторметаллата; и
ингибитор органической кислоты,
в которой массовое соотношение фосфат-ионов к ионам трехвалентного хрома варьирует от 0,10:1,0 до 7,5:1,0.
13. Способ по п.12, где при нанесении композиции для пассивации на панель, оцинкованную горячим способом (HDG), имеющую поверхность с цинковым покрытием массы G70 с образованием панели с покрытием, где панель с покрытием способна сохранять часть некоррелированной поверхности панели HDG в размере от 50% от площади панели HDG до 100% от площади панели после по меньшей мере 168-часового воздействия нейтральной солевой струи при выполнении теста согласно ASTMB117.
14. Способ по п.13, где композиция дополнительно содержит гидроксиорганическую кислоту.
